Summary

Penelope is newly on her own in big city, Boston, Massachusetts. She doesn't have very many friends yet but a trip to the park in the dead of winter will easily change that.
Louis Tomlinson is a worldwide superstar from the U.K. and with his intense and crazy lifestyle he doesn't have time to make many new friends. But the girl in snow filled park will easily change that.
