I'm gonna give you a secret. I know how and when they will say the magic words to each other. And even I have nearly had one of them say I love you about 12 times and have to stop myself. HAHA! Harry had it right, James treated her like a tiny adult. It's about time he realize he needs to be a father. I like that because she has James and Marco I get to give two drastically different relationships between a father and a daughter. It's so fun to write that.

Yes James, I hate to say it, was being a hypocrite. Like be a father first and then her boss! Uh. BUT YESSSSS I KNOW THEY LOVE EACH OTHER. I can't wait until they admit it to each other. Sure it's fast, but sometimes it's just right. You know when you know. And she knows she needs him and is willing to fight for him... the signs are there. I can't wait

I'm so glad you loved it and THANK YOU for naming our tabloid writer. She will get to reappear later as well. :) I had a lot of fun with this chapter and I'm falling more in love with it and half tempted to take a night to just read it all rather than just in the sections I write. I'm glad Everlee took the chance to stand up to James and fight for Harry. It's a fight I don't see being over anytime soon. James was WAY out of line with the way he talked to Everlee. I love Harry being there for her and helping her through it. And I couldn't resist the last scene (trying not to spoil it), it just seemed perfect.

AH I love this so much! I always enjoy reading tabloids because I do it in real life.... anyways, this chapter was amazing. I can't. Like wow. So much happened, and I just keep falling more in love with this story. I'm so happy Everlee is standing up to her dad, but Harry is just perfect for understanding that he is her dad and he will understand whatever she decides. I'm glad she's fighting for Harry though. Such a wonderful chapter, can't wait for the next!

I'm glad you enjoyed it. The next updated will probably take a little while longer...I've got a super busy week with work and don't know that I will have time to write a substantial chapter. I'm trying to write while I'm waiting for The Late Late Show to start.

I'm a huge Kris Bryant fan so Bryzzo is my life. My almost 5 year old niece is a huge Moustakas fan which is funny. She is a diehard Cubs fan who ends up with royals stuff from my dad. She's got Moustakas and her brother has Hosmer for their jersey tees. And I'd give my life to go to a ball with Rizzo so I mean why not write my character fulfilling that dream.

You both absolutely made my day and make it so worth writing the long chapters. I mean I'm gonna suggest you sleep and not read in the middle of the night. But I get it. I write in the middle of the night. I'm actually laying in bed reading back through this story for the first time since I started posting it.

I am so glad you're both enjoying the story. It means a lot to know that people like reading it as much as I like writing it.

I agree who heartedly with @YouLoveWhoYouLove because usually with long chapters, I lose interest and then come back later, but with this story I don't even realize how long I've been reading because I'm so drawn in to it and then I get to the end and I'm like woah. Not even going to lie. I've read your stuff at 4:30 in the morning and had no regrets about it.

YAY!!!! I'm so glad you loved it. There is a lot of me that wanted him to tell her he loved her when he saw her at the airport but I felt that her not realizing she was crying was a better option. And I thought that it was appropriate for him to ask about the kids watching how she takes care of her brothers. I am glad people enjoy the long chapters because the reality is I could shrink them into smaller sections but it feels more satisfying to me as a writer to post something so long and fulfilling. I know as a reader I want more everything. So I'm trying to imagine what I would want to read and writing that. I mean I'm sorry for keeping you up at 3AM but I'm glad you loved it. I think Chicago is going to be huge for them. It might be a big chunk of this story because I want to give every detail I can about their time there.

This chapter was so long... I LOVED EVERY WORD. Your story. Omg I can't. They are so cute and I love how it's just so perfect. They have their struggles and they deal with them together. And uh. I love how they haven't said I love you yet, because even though their relationship is going fast, they still want it to be special. BUT I FEEL IT COMING! HARRY ASKED HER ABOUT KIDS. AND HE SAID THEY WERENT TALKING ABOUT MARRIAGE... YET! I can't wait. Omg I love these long chapters because it gives me the option of "do I want to stop here or finish this chapter" like a regular book, but for me the answer is always finish the chapter... even if it's already 3am LOL. I love this so much and I can't wait for what's to come. I'm in love with every single character... well besides Drew and Kayla...

YAY! I'm so glad you liked it. I was pretty much smiling like an idiot while I was writing it. This was such a fun chapter to write. And it just makes me fall more and more in love with Ev and H.
