Two Weeks Later:

I spend another hopeless day next to Harry’s bed side. I wished and hoped he would wake up soon; that he’ll come back to me. As I sit silently in the corner of the room I hear Gemma’s voice.

“You did this to him. If he hadn’t of gotten caught up with you he’d still be here” she spat in my direction


“Hey now that isn’t fair. Harry loves Emerson, and she loves him. Even if he was told to leave things alone you know he wouldn’t have.” Harry’s friend Shawn says defensively.

Niall decided to call a couple of Harry’s friends to see if their presence would help Harry any. When Shawn arrived and was talking to Harry his vitals rose which is a good sign. It indicates that he can hear us and is aware that we are around. Charlie and Zayn will be in tomorrow so hopefully he will wake up with all of us here.

7:00 P.M.

Niall, Tessa, Shawn and I grab our things so we can head back to the hotel. When we go to leave Gemma gives me a death glare as I hug Anne good bye.

“Please let me know if anything happens” I ask

“Always love” she half smiles

I put on my coat and follow the others down the hallway to the elevators.

“You ok Em?’ Tess asks me

“No, Gem is right. This is all my fault” I say hold back my tears.

“Emerson, no it’s not, if it’s anyone’s fault it would be that bastard Romanov’s fault.” Tessa tells me.

“She’s right, like Shawn said earlier even if you had told Harry to leave things alone he wouldn’t have listened. He is head over heels for you Em” Niall nudges me.

I smile as I follow him off of the elevator and out onto the street. Before we go back to the hotel we go to meet my Mamaw, dad and sister for dinner, Niall and Tessa had found a pretty awesome pizza pub last week and we decided to go there. When we finally got to Fernando’s we find the others straight away.

“Hi honey, how’s Harry doing?” Mamaw asks

“He’s the same, no changes” I sigh

“I’m sure he’ll be good as new and wake up soon baby” Mamaw hugs me tight.

As we sit waiting to order our food I can’t help but notice Elijah staring at Shawn; practically undressing him with her mind.

“Oh before I forget, this is Harry’s friend Shawn. Shawn this is my Mamaw, my dad and my sister Elijah.” I say pointing them out.

“Hi My name is Elijah” she says loudly

“Hey, nice to meet you. You’re very pretty” Shawn tells her.

“Thanks” Elijah turns bright red.

We finally get our order in and it only takes about ten minutes before our Chicago style deep dish supreme pizza is at the table. By the time we get done eating it is going on 10:00P.M. We all go back to the hotel and find our way to our own rooms. Shawn doesn’t have a room so Niall and Tessa bunk up with me and he takes their room. We sit around watching the new Star Wars movie when we all pass out. I wake up at 3 a.m. with the feeling that something is going on with Harry. I don’t know what it is but I know something has happened.

**Ring Ring Ring**

“Hello” I answer my phone sleepily

“Emerson, he’s awake. Harry woke up and he’s asking for you” Anne yells
