Pretty Girls Hide Pain So Deep Inside
Chapter 8
Midnight Sinning Session was on stage.
They were performing their newest song called ''Love Song''. Funnily enough the song in nowhere near slow and romantic, it's filled with King's drum solos and it's talking about trying to make it honestly in a corrupt society and the sexism in the business. Midnight Sinning Session has been accused many times of only making it beacause Hope is Ashton's sister and Calum's fiancee, but they shut the haters up everytime, this song being one way of them doing that. If you're wondering why this song is called ''Love Song'' when it has nothing to do with love, the reason is quite simple: some people, haters, to be exact, said that Midnight Sinning Session had no right singing the genre that they sing since their lead singer is a girl and that they should sing slower and more emotional songs... This was their response.
Romeo was currently the only one singing. Hope was supposed to join him, but something wasn't right. Hope turned her face away from the crowd, looking down in pain, her knees trembling. Everyone looked at her, alarmed. Her knees finally gave out and she dropped to the ground, a scream escaping her lips. Her four bandmates came running to her. The crowd went silent. Hope was on the ground. She was screaming with her whole body. Her eyes were wide with horror, her fists clenched with blanched knuckles and the nails digging deeply into the palms of her hands. Everyone was calling out to her, asking her what's wrong, but she didn't hear them. She couldn't focus on anything other than the pain pulsing trough her body and the screams escaping her lips. They were the kind of screams that made your blood run cold. The screams of hysteria and disbelief, bordering on terror.
Calum pushed trough the crowd of people gathering around Hope.
- Hope, baby, talk to me, what's wrong? - Calum held her in his arms.
- Someone call an ambulance! - Jesse's voice echoed trough the arena.
- What's going on? - Ashton asked in fear, sitting down next to his sister.
- Hope. Hope! - Calum was trying to get her attention, tears were flowing freely down his cheeks, his voice on the point of breaking.
- She's bleeding! - Blue's voice was the last one she heard before completely lossing consciousness.
Notes
I know this chapter is really short, but I'm extremely sleep deprived and I also wanted to keep you guessing a little, please forgive me... I'll make sure not to keep you waiting for too long.

@Ana Hemmings Btw, I'm not sure if I've asked you this before, but who would you rather see Hope end up with and why? I'd love to hear your opinion.
