What the hell is wrong with you? - Romeo yelled at Calum.

Calum was sitting on the floor in front of Hope's room, his knees pressed to his chest and his back and head leaned against the wall.

Calum didn't respond.

- Are you listening to me? Hope needs you! What the fuck are you doing? - Romeo's voice hasn't lowered.

Calum looked at him, his puffy cheeks covered with tears, but he didn't say a word.

- Calum! - Romeo's voice finaly snapped Calum out of his trance.

Calum started chuckling, while softly banging his head against the wall.

- Are you high? Your fiancee suffered a fucking miscarriage and you're laughing? Man, you're twisted. - Romeo was about to go back into the room, but Calum's voice stopped him.

- It wasn't mine. - Calum quietly said, trough a soft chuckle.

Those three words made Romeo stop dead in his tracks.

- What? What are you talking about? - He was facing Calum again.

Calum looked down, a snicker escaping his lips, before continuing.

- I can't have kids. I'm infertile. - Calum said, his face expresionless.

- Are you serious? - Romeo breathed out.

- Yeah. - Calum nodded.

Romeo took a seat next to Calum.

- Fuck. - He said quietly.

- Fuck indeed.

After a few moments of silence, Romeo spoke.

- Does... Does Hope know?

- No. - It was all he said.

- Well, I mean, are you sure? There's really no chance, not even one in a million or something? Maybe... - Calum cut him off.

- Yes, I'm fucking sure! - Calum yelled. - Sorry... I just...

- No, it's okay. I'm sorry... About everything.

- Yeah, me too. - Calum was holding back his tears. - I just... I don't understand. Why would she...

He couldn't finish. Tears started escaping his eyes. He groaned and started hitting the floor with his fist.

- Hey, hey! Cal, calm down.

Romeo grabbed him by the shoulder and turned him so they were face to face.

- You're not gonna solve anything like this. - Romeo tried to reason with him. - You have to talk to her. Find out what happened.

Calum started protesting.

- Shut up and let me finish. I get that this is fucked up, but just imagine how she feels, she lost a fucking baby. I know it wasn't your, but that couldnt've been easy, and she's still Hope...your Hope. You need to talk to her!

- Cody, she cheated on me. She fucking cheated on me and got pregnant!

- She made a mistake!

- How do you know it was a mistake, huh? What if it's been going on for months?

- 'Cause I know Hope... And I know she loves you. And I know your feelings for her sure as hell didn't fade away just 'cause you're mad at her. Now be a fucking man and go talk to her. You'll work it out, you always do.

- No, not this time.
