"Hey baby, what's wrong?"...

"Uhh, hey Bryan. I'm sorry, I had a rough day." I smile at him.
"You can tell me everything, you know that right?"
"Of course."
"Well, it's Sunday, I'm the rest of the day free. Let's do something."
"Like?"
"Getting an ice cream, walking through the park, then a nice dinner in a super fancy restaurant and it ends with me taking you home." He smirks.
"So, you totally worked it out, didn't you?" I giggle.
"Yes, so you can't say no." He smiles.
"Alright then." I say while I stand up with his help.
"I'm first going to dress in something clean." I add.
"Take your time."


I walk upstairs and dress myself in new clothes. I put on some light makeup and walk downstairs again.


"You look beautiful." Bryan says when he sees me.
"Thanks." I smile.
I take his hand and we walk out of the door.

He buys me an ice cream and we walk to the park. I smile while we sit on a bench.
Suddenly a paparazzi walks our way.
"Bryan, who's this girl?" She asks.
"This is my-"
"Friend." I cut him off.
"Friend and co-worker." I smile.
Bryan gives me a look but doesn't say anything.

When she's gone he looks at me.
"What was that?" He asks.
"What?"
"Friend? Why can't I say that you're my girlfriend?"
"I just wanted to keep it between us. For now at least."
And I maybe don't want Ashton to find out, yet.
He nods his head.
"You could've said that before we left."
"I'm sorry, I didn't thought there would be paparazzi."
"Don't mind. I would've kissed you, but what if there would be paparazzi." He says sarcastic.
"STaHp, that's mean." I say while I playfully push him.


We walk to the park for a while before we go to the restaurant. It's beautiful.
I smile as we take our seats.
We're quiet. Not awkward, just pretty silence.
We order our food.
"So, how is your friend?" Bryan asks while we're waiting.
"Oh, he's fine." I mumble.
"What did you do?"
"Not much. We talked."
"about?"
"About life, How we are doing. I didn't see him in 5 years."
"Him?"
"Yes."
"Did you ... Did you went to Ashton?"
"How did you.... Ashley." I sigh.
"Why didn't you just told me?"
"I didn't want you to get jealous."
"This is making me."
"Bryan, you have nothing to worry about. He has a girlfriend too."
"Did you told him about us?"
"No, but I didn't get the chance for that."
I hate to lie to him, but I didn't told Ashton about us.
"You were with him for a day."
"Look, I'm sorry okay? This is not how I wanted it to come out, but I rather keep this for ourselves.."
"I know, I just don't want him to think that he still has a chance. I wanna show him that you're mine."
"Please, let's just keep it like this. He's going through a tough time."
He sighs but then smiles.
"Okay, for you." He points a finger at me.
"thank you." I quickly kiss him once and then the food arrives.


As promised, he brings me home afterwards. When we're at my front door I smile at him.
"Thanks for bringing me home." I smile.
"Is this the part where the guy kisses the girl?"
"In the movies."
"We can do it better than in the movies." He smirks before pulling me close.
"Inside is maybe a better place." I whisper.
"May I stay?"
"If you want to."
"Okay, but I need to leave early."
"Me too." I roll my eyes.

We walk in and as soon as the door is closed he pulls me close. He kisses me softly and long.
"I told you we could do better." He smirks when he pulls back.
I push him on my lips again. He smiles before kissing me back.
He lifts me up and walks upstairs.
"Which one?" He whispers.
"Second left." I reply.
He opens it and carries me in.
I jump out of his arms.
"The dog." I say while I run downstairs again.
"What?" Bryan grumbles.
I run into the living room and see him laying in the couch.
"C'mon."
He jumps up and follows me upstairs.
I walk into my room again.
"No.." Bryan says when he sees the dog.
He lifts Douglas up carries him out the door. He closes the door behind him.
"No dog." He whispers.
"We'll see." I smirk.


~the next morning~

I wake up and see that Bryan didn't sleep at all. I smirk and pull the out my ears.
"How did you sleep?" I ask.
"Don't begin." He groans.
"I told you that you shouldn't send Douglas away."
"Lesson learned."
"Makeup fixes everything." I try.
"Yeah yeah.."
I stand up and open the door. Douglas walks in and lays on the bed. I smile while he licks Bryan's face.
"Awh, he missed you." I tease.
"Don't." He says while he tries to push Douglas off.
"You are such a cute couple." I go on.
I walk out of the room and make breakfast. I'm still eating when Bryan comes in.
"You look cleaned up." I tease.
"I hate that animal."
"Watch it. We're still talking about MY dog."
"Sorry."
"You better be."


After Bryan left I go to work myself. I park my car in the parking lot before walking into the building.
"Ashleeeeeyyyy." I yell.
"How did it go?" She smirks.
"Awful."
"Ow God, what did you do?" She sighs.
"Not much, we talked. And then we went to the tree. We slept in that thing and after that we went to his house again. Hunter came running to him and said she was 'super worried.' So I grabbed my jacket and left."
"Well, you knew he has a girlfriend..."
"That's not the problem, I just need to get used to it."
"Seeing him with someone else?"
I nod my head.
"So, when are you going again?" She asks.
"I don't know. I said 'when I have time.'"
"Well, then you can go."
"What? It's Monday and you're telling me that I have nothing to do?"
"Yeah, you had a few appointments but I can take those over and you're paperwork isn't much."
"No, I don't want you to-"
"Too late. It's already switched." She smirks.
I sigh.
"Okay, but here are the designs. Send them to Victoria's Secret."
"Will do. Have fun Sierra."
"Thanks Ashley." I smile.

Notes

So as you maybe notice, this chapter is shorter than normal, but I wanted the part that actually should be in this chapter, for my next chapter. I don't know makes kinda sense.
I hope it does.
