Some heroes are villains, some villains have their reasons and vigilantes don't always need to have super powers to save humanity. 23 year old villain who is cursed with a particularly bothersome power of having to release the heroin build up in his system, when his power activated it turned all his blood into heroin, he has to collect blood from others to get the high he once craved while releasing his heroin filled blood into the victim.
