Good Intentions

London –
I wait as each of the guys arrive. As always, Zayn is late. I start to talk and I’m interrupted.
“Aren’t we forgetting someone?” Louis speaks up.
“And if you had waited you would know that’s what I’m about to talk about.” I come across rather gruff, the stress of it all is really getting to me.
“No light way to say this, Harry is missing.”
The shock on Zayn and Louis’ faces is unbelief, as if this is a sick April Fool’s joke.

I see as Zayn looks to Liam and recognizes there is no look of shock to him nor Niall’s face.
“Wait, they knew about this?”
“You all received the same text. Liam acted on it.”
“And I went to help out” Niall added.

I explain what had happened and how the investigation had progressed, which was little to none.

“You just don’t disappear into thin air. Is it believed to be foul play or he went off the grid without telling anyone?” Zayn asks.
I look at Louis and he is visibly shaken. “Louis, any thoughts? You were closest to him at one time. Tell us something.”
“No, this isn’t like him. Especially to not show up for a dinner with his mum. Something is wrong. Way off”

Liam starts to speak and tells what Niall and he found out and how that has to mean something but there seems to be no one by that name, obviously a fake name, which make the suspicions rise.

“I don’t know about you all but we are not One Direction if all five of us are not together. So, how about you give me a call when you hear something.” Louis says as he takes his jacket of his chair and abruptly leaves.
Liam moves to go after him and Zayn tells him to let him go, “He is going to need some time. He is really upset”

They all are, we all are. No one knows what to do. The rest of the board is scrambling. Their schedules are packed. They are set to go back on the road and were missing one. One will keep them all from touring
