Welcomed Into The Darkness

Rose's POV
Lilac and I are sitting down, and neither of us were mentioning anything about Luke and the other guys, but I know she wants to talk about it just as much as I do. My thoughts were confirmed when she spoke up
"Should we still talk to Calum and Michael?" she asks, and I turn to her, and I can tell she is being serious about this
"I don't know" I sigh, running my fingers through my hair "I mean, they did tell us about them before we had to find out by other people." I say and she nods, and I can tell she is lost in thought.
"What about Luke and Ashton? They basically claimed us?" she asks
"They can think we're theirs all they want. It's not true" I say, and she nods again "What are you thinking about?" I ask
"Nothing, it's stupid" she waves her hand
"No, Lilac, what is it?" I ask
"What if I want to be with them?" she asks after she let's out a sigh
"I would call you crazy if I didn't think the same way" I admit and she looks at me like I've grown a second head
"Why do we always fall for assholes?" she huffs before falling back on the couch, but before I could say anything else, there was a knock on the door. I look at Lilac to see if she invited anybody but she just shrugged her shoulders. I got up and opened the door, and saw Luke and Ashton standing there, both holding onto either Michael or Calum.
"What are you guys doing here, and how did you know where we lived?" I ask
"Shut up and let us in" Ashton says but I stand my ground, crossing my arms over my chest and raise my eyebrows. I don't know why I am acting like this, normally I would just be too scared and do what they say, but right now, they have another thing coming.
"Rose, stop being stupid, and let us in" Luke said, and I was about to argue, but Lilac came in front of me and allowed them to walk in. I glare at her but she just rolls her eyes and walks over to the guys and I do the same, not seeing a reason to just stand by the door the entire time.
"Get your fucking hands off me Irwin" Michael spat, getting out of Ashton's grasp. Ashton's jaw clenched before motioning for Luke to let go of Calum as well
"Sorry to bug you two, but we have something to tell you" Luke says, and I try not to scoff as he says the sentence by biting my lip
"Than say it" I say, not the least bit less angry with him than when we were at the diner
"Someone still hates me for before" he says and I roll my eyes
"Anyways, what Luke is saying is that maybe we should start over" Ashton says
"Why start over when nothing even happened?" Michael mutters and Ashton punches him in the gut, making him hiss in pain
"What the fuck! Was that necessary?" Lilac asks
"He should've kept his mouth shut" Ashton shrugs, and Lilac and I both roll our eyes.
"Considering that we have better things to do, just tell us what you need to say" I say
"Talk to me like that again, and I'll-" Ashton starts and I back up, but Luke grabs his arm and cuts him off
"Leave her the fuck alone" Luke says and Ashton steps back. In all honesty, I was surprised that Luke told him that, especially after the way I talked to him a few days ago
"Don't even start with that shit Hemmings. You already went against what you just told me when you got her pissed off" Ashton says
"I didn't mean to" Luke says
"It doesn't matter anyways, thanks to you, we know about what happened to her" Ashton says and my eyes go wide
"What is he talking about Rose?" Lilac asks me
"Nothing Lilac" I say
"Oh, she doesn't know does she?" Ashton asks, and when I don't answer, he knows the answer to his question
"You told them didn't you" Lilac asks and yet again, I don't answer
"What the fuck Rose! That was supposed to be a secret" Lilac yells
"Well it isn't a secret anymore" Ashton says, and I look over at Luke, hoping he helps me out here
"Shut up Ash" he warns him
"You know, it's hard to trust anybody when the only person you used to trust is your own sister" Ashton says, completely ignoring what Luke just said.
"I can't believe you Rose" Lilac says, and I can't find myself to say anything, and I just stand there
"Come on Lilac. Let's go get your mind off of things" Ashton says
"If you think that just because I am mad at my sister that I am going to go with an asshole like you, you are sadly mistaken, Irwin" Lilac says
"I didn't give you a choice babe" he says, and Lilac rolls her eyes before she follows Ashton out the door. I try to go after her, but I feel a hand pulling me back and i see that it is Luke
"Let her go" he says
"You fucking did this! How could you go and tell him that! Didn't you realize that what I told you was personal! That what I said was something that I didn't mean to say!" I yell
"Rose, calm down. I shouldn't have said anything, I know, but it slipped ok" he says, and I am angry about how calm he is right now, but I have no choice but to believe him.
"You okay, Rose" Michael asks, and I remember that Calum and him are still here. I simply nod, but in reality, I am scared out of my fucking mind because my sister is with Ashton Irwin and I have no idea what to expect when she comes back home

Please don't hate us! I know it has been like a month since we last updated but i was waiting for my fellow co-author to update but I am guessing she has been just as busy as I have been.. but here's a new chapter! Thoughts? I hope it is long enough though considering the last few chapters were short.... we will try to update as soon as we can
