Welcomed Into The Darkness

Lilac's POV
I follow Ashton to I have no idea where, but the only thing on my mind is how Rose just went and told Luke about what happened to us. She is supposed to be my sister and she was just as hurt as I was when everything happened, but I guess not. Ashton tries to grab my hand, but I pull my hand away.
"Come on babe, I'm just trying to help" he says
"Sure you are." I mumble. He immediately stops walking and faces me, grabbing my arm, making me stop as well.
"Look, I know your pissed off at your sister, but don't take it out on me. You have no idea what I can do to you right now, and I don't think you want to find out" Ashton growls, making me scared to even respond. When he realizes that he got me scared, his eyes fill with sadness, but he recovers and smirks.
"You scared babe?" he asks, using his other hand to remove the strand of hair from my face and I try not to flinch at the contact. "Nobody will be able to hurt you again, don't worry" he says before removing his hand from my arm and placing both his hands on either side of my waist. Apart of me wants to push him away, but I haven't felt the way I feel right now for a while, and I miss the feeling. However, I remember that this is Ashton, and he is incapable of loving after everything that he has done. I push him away from me and cross my arms over my chest before walking away. I didn't get very far before his hand grips onto my arm again, this time he uses more force and I had to bite back a scream as he pulls me back to face him
"I didn't say you could walk away from me" he growls
"Well I did" I say
"You're walking down a dangerous path here babe" he warns
"No, you are. Now get your fucking hand off of me and let me leave because I have had enough of you controlling me like I'm some rag doll! I am not your toy!" I yell, not wanting to deal with him anymore.
"I never said you were" he points out
"Yeah, and I bet you never said the other girls were your toys too huh? How do you think they felt? They have feelings too Ashton" I hiss
"They should've got the memo already, but you're different Lilac" he tells me
"Sure, save the shit Irwin" I say
"Just hear me out" he pleads
"Give me a good reason why I should" I say
"Because everybody deserves to be heard" he says, and in all honesty, I don't have any energy to fight back, so I let him
"You have two minutes" I say and he smiles before going on
"I know what you've heard about me, and I am not going to try and come up with some lame excuse and say it isn't true, and I can't say that I didn't enjoy it either because I enjoyed every fucking minute of it" he starts
"One minute" I warn and he sighs
"But, when I look at you, I can't think about anything when I'm with you. I promise that you will be more to me than some one night stand, just give me a chance" he finishes
"Why should I believe you" I say in almost a whisper, because apart of me knows he is telling the truth, but there is also a part that wishes it wasn't. Instead of answering, he dips down and presses his lips to mine, and to say I'm shocked would be an understatement. He kissed me so softly, it was hard to believe it by the his appearance. Before I have a chance to kiss him back, he pulls away. Neither of us say anything for a while, and I think we both know that we don't need to. He just told me the truth and there was no denying that he felt that way. After a while, we both agreed to go back to my apartment, knowing Rose will kill me if I don't go back home now.
"Should we tell them already?" I ask
"If they have a problem with it, they could shut it" he tells me before kissing me quickly and we both walk into the house. Rose jumps up from the couch but her eyes go wide at the sight of me holding hands with Ashton. I would be surprised too, I mean, we left for about an hour and we are in this position, but I don't regret anything.

Notes

I know this is a sucky chapter but hey, Lilac and Ashton are somewhat of a couple. I say somewhat because he didn't officially ask her (couch hint cough) lol anyways, hope you all liked this chapter despite the fact that it isn't one of my best. Love u guys xx
