Welcomed Into The Darkness

Rose's POV
I knew that Luke and Ashton had something to hide, but Calum and Michael didn't seem like them. I did agree with Lilac on that one, but if they told me and since we barely met, i highly doubt they would have lied about something like this. Now i know that i have to steer clear of them, which is something i doubt Lilac would do, even though she knows the truth. I walk around the neighborhood, still trying to let the information sink in. Just thinking about it made me shiver. I have always been one to attract the wrong people but this is too much. As if on cue, i heard the dreaded australian accent calling my name. I turn on my heel, only to be inches away from Luke.
"Can i help you?" i ask, trying so hard not to sound scared, because i really am.
"So, i heard that you have the wrong idea of me" he says with a smirk
"I am pretty sure it is a pretty accurate one" i say, crossing my arms over my chest and i see him clench his jaw so he won't lose his temper
"Well, you're wrong" he says
"Really?" i ask
"Yes, really" he says
"Well, that is strange because i heard it from Calum and Michael" i say
"I'll kill the fuckers" he mutters and if this conversation was with anybody else, i would giggle from the playfulness, but considering what I've heard, I am not taking my chances with it.
"Violent much?" i ask
"It's in my nature princess" he says
"Well, i'm leaving" i say but he grabs my arm, and this time, Michael isn't here to tell him to let me go. Not to mention that a bruise was already forming from the last time he grabbed my arm
"I never said you could" he says through clenched teeth
"And i never said you were in control over me, you never were, now let me go" i say, now scared for my life
"Why can't you just let me show you that i am not the guy that everybody says i am?" he asks
"Well, if we met on different terms then maybe you would have a chance, but considering how we met and how things are going right now, i am not exactly one who wants to talk to you" i say, gesturing to his hand still on my arm, and to my surprise, he lets go.
"Why the hell do you have to be so damn difficult?" he mutters
"Because i want to leave" i say to him, making him ruffle his hair in frustration
"Look, all i want to do is show you how i really am" he says, his eyes softening
"And i am not interested in finding out" i say
"That isn't what your sister told my friend" he says and my mind goes to Lilac. Of course she would do this.
"Well, i am not my sister" i say
"I know you aren't. You seem more reserved and i like that about you. It's not everyday that i get turned down" he says with a smirk
"Is that supposed to be a compliment?" i question, raising my eyebrow
"Damn, seriously how much does it take for me to get you?" he asks, raising his hands in the air in frustration
"Try not to be some guy who doesn't have a loving bone in his body and try to actually compliment and not use a sorry excuse for one" i say
"Trust me prin-" he starts but i cut him off
"I swear if you call me that again-" i start but he corrects himself
"Rose. It is better with my lifestyle" he says
"I highly doubt that" i say He looks at me as if he is trying to study me and it is honestly making me feel uncomfortable
"You know you don't seem like the kind of person to snap or say no in that matter" he says after a few seconds
"Well, i guess you thought wrong about me" i say
"And you have the wrong idea of me, just like how i was wrong about you. Just give me one chance" he practically begs. I think about my decision for a few moments. If i don't then he will keep bugging me, but if i agree, then i might regret it.
"Trust me you will have a great time" he adds, trying to change the answer that i haven't decided on yet.
