Lilac's POV
"I am not going to wear this" I tell Ashton
"Yes you are. We are getting weak because your stupid sister left. Serpents are getting strong fast, and they only have 3 fucking members." Ashton growled
"Not for long" we heard Luke say from the doorway.
"What do you mean?" I ask
"I saw the three heading to meet up with a few people." Luke explains with a simple answer.
"For fuck's sake. We need to head out. Lilac I don't give a damn if you don't want to hate the outfit, you're wearing it" Ashton says before he leaves.
"How is she doing?" I ask Luke
"Weird question for someone who acted like she hated her" he says
"How did you expect me to react? She is with the exact same people that we ran from!" I exclaim
"To answer your question, she's doing fine, but I expected you to be by her side or help her, or some sisterly shit!'' Luke yells
"Well, it's too late now isn't it? She made her decision and last time I checked, she is capable of doing so on her own" I say "Besides, she left you behind didn't she?" I add
"What the fuck did you just say to me?" he asks, getting closer to me in an attempt to intimidate me
"You really think I am scared of you after I saw you go all soft and teddy bear-like around my sister, Hemmings?" I ask
"May I remind you, she left, and I am getting back to who I used to be, so don't fucking test me" he says, tracing my jawline before turning and leaving.
I grab the rest of my things before meeting the others and we all head out.
Rose's POV
When we finally get to our destination, I see one girl, and a boy with similar features, leading me to believe that they were related.
"Are you Nick?" the boy asks
"Are you Matt?" Nick answers with a question, making me roll my eyes.
"Yes" the guy whom I now know as Matt answers
"We heard you were interested" Nick says
"This brings in money right?" Matt asks, almost like he was clarifying.
"Yes" Viper nods
"Than yes, we're interested." Matt nods.
"Great" Nick smirks
"Who's the girl. Your girlfriend or something?" Matt asks, pointing towards me
"No! And 'the girl' has a name" I snap
"Rose!" Nick warns, causing me to stop talking
"She's our baiter" Viper corrects him
"I was told I would get that position" the girl says, sending daggers my way.
"Too bad for you than isn't it?" I say
"Who the fuck thinks I won't get it?" she sneers.
"I fucking do!" I say, stepping closer to her
"I am not going to tell your ass again, Rose" Nick growls
"Who the hell do you think you are, anyways?" I ask her, ignoring Nick completely
"Someone who can bait someone in better than you" she says, but before I can grab her fucking hair in my hands, Viper grabs my arm
"I suggest the two of you calm down before you do something you'll regret" he warns us
"Why the hell would you offer my position, Nick?" I growl in his direction
"Because we need more members, sweetheart." Nick answers
"Than give her another damn position" I say
"I told you to change because we are going to see who deserves this position" Nick explains
"I didn't leave Ashton's gang to fight for my own position" I tell him
"Well, that's too fucking bad" Nick says
"I can take your position anyways. Who fucking falls for someone in sweats anyways?" the girl scoffs
"Watch me. Nick, where the hell are we going so I can show this bitch what I can do" I say. Let's just say I don't like when people take what's mine.
"Follow me" he says, and while little miss bitch leaves with her brother, I follow behind, Viper walking next to me, trying to calm me down.

I have to admit, little miss bitch is a pretty damn good baiter. Am I intimidated by it? Not a fucking chance.
"Tayla is good right?" Matt asks, practically beaming at his sister's performance.
"She's alright" I shrug
"Rose, see that guy over there?" Nick asks, pointing to some guy who was probably in his twenties.
"Yeah" I nod
"You need to get him to leave the building faster than Tayla. She did so in ten minutes" Nick says
"Consider it done" I say before getting off my chair and heading towards the guy.
"Hi" I say in a flirtatious tone, twirling my hair with my fingers
"Hi" he says, taking another sip of his beer. "Didn't think people came to clubs with sweats" he comments, looking at my outfit
"I like being comfortable, but between the two of us" I say, nearing his ear "I'd rather have them laying on the floor" I whisper into his ear, hearing him groan.
"Good to know" he says, and I know it won't take much longer
"It was nice speaking to you" I say, trying to leave, but he grabs my arm
"How about we get out of here" he suggests.
"Sure" I nod, and before he leads me out, I glance to the guys and little miss bitch, who was glaring at me. I don't give a fuck if I know her name already, she will forever be little miss bitch. Viper was holding up his thumb and mouthing 'four minutes', making me smile. Like I said before, no one takes something that is mine.
