Speak Up - Where We Share What We Think

Slave....what?

I must be so different and odd to many writers and readers that are reading these slavery stories!
Who in their right mind would want to read about being a slave to one of the boys? Except for horny teenage girls of course. I just don't get it, so this is why I am asking you guys/gals.

'IT'S JUST FANFICTION!!!' Is all I hear and very true indeed, but what is it about these stories that invite you in?

I am interested to know what makes you enjoy these sort of stories, I already know some brilliant writers that have wrote stories on this subject. I personally can't get into these stories myself, so I'm curious to how you all feel when reading them.

Is it the fantasy of having one of the 1D lads being so controlling? Or is it the way they always seem to be the perfect romantic character but they are just bloody filthy minded?

Speak up and let me know.

Notes

I'm not naive to doubt I will get hate on this certain subject.
Hate is good, it's an emotion that I don't take too seriously.
Be who you are and don't change for anybody, you have a voice so voice it!

I'm with you on slavery ..... a lot of people read them because It turns into a sappy love story

@KAOT
THANK YOU!!
I'm thrilled that someone thinks the same as me.
I like it when it takes a while for them to fall in love, I like the idea of mentally screaming to myself when they finally get together

I couldn't agree more. It bothers me to no end when they are in love in chapter 2. I think people are confused with love and lust. I know no one who has met someone and fallen in love in 24 hours. I think that's why my characters in my stories take forever to fall in love because I just don't think it's realistic to happen so quickly!

Love every single chapter so far, it's everything I agree with and try to avoid! :)

@softballchick79
I agree with you. When there is numerous of spelling mistakes, it instantly starts to lose your attention.
An abusing Harry is awful, I'm always put off story's that contain him being violent and all that.
It's nice to hear from someone who is a Liam's girl, makes a change :)

Thanks for taking part!
