Speak Up - Where We Share What We Think

Perfect Romance?

Okay,
I've read a numerous amount of stories on here and the majority of them are about Romance.
You can't beat a bit of cheese and a little bit of love, it can pull at your heart strings whether you like it or not. Even the typical Boy meets girl, they fall in love. Old friends reunite and they fall in love. She/He is in love with their best friend, but they end up falling in love. She hates him, He hates her and they fall in love. There are many more but that's just a quick example.

Now I'm more of a cheese ball myself, I have to admit if someone is writing a story and it's sensitive, heart warming and the main guy character is just a sweetie; I'm automatically a reader.

But that's my taste and that's what I like in the category of romance.
But what do you guys class as a perfect romance? what kind of story really pulls you in and you can't seem to let go?

Speak Up and let me know <3

I'm with you on slavery ..... a lot of people read them because It turns into a sappy love story

@KAOT
THANK YOU!!
I'm thrilled that someone thinks the same as me.
I like it when it takes a while for them to fall in love, I like the idea of mentally screaming to myself when they finally get together

I couldn't agree more. It bothers me to no end when they are in love in chapter 2. I think people are confused with love and lust. I know no one who has met someone and fallen in love in 24 hours. I think that's why my characters in my stories take forever to fall in love because I just don't think it's realistic to happen so quickly!

Love every single chapter so far, it's everything I agree with and try to avoid! :)

@softballchick79
I agree with you. When there is numerous of spelling mistakes, it instantly starts to lose your attention.
An abusing Harry is awful, I'm always put off story's that contain him being violent and all that.
It's nice to hear from someone who is a Liam's girl, makes a change :)

Thanks for taking part!
