*Sissy's POV

"Wow, I really like this Vanilla macchiato! Thanks for telling me about it!" I say as I take another sip.

"Yeah no problem!" Adri smiles as she takes another sip of her iced mocha.

The door ding rings telling us that another customer has arrived. I ignore it and continue my conversation with Adri.

"So how's things with Jonathan-"

"Where the fuck is LYNN!" I turn around and saw an angry Jake speeding towards my direction. "Where is she?!" He screams at my face and goes to grab my hand but I quickly snatch them away before he reaches them.

"Bro calm down!" Niall says out of nowhere, and appears next to him.

"It's obvious she isn't here with us, use some common sense c'mon Jake," I tsked and take another sip.

"Don't fucking play smart-ass with me," he barks.

"Calm down Jake, and take a seat," Adri calmly says and takes all of us by surprise.

"Okay," he says as he takes a seat.

"What the fuck?" Niall mutters and scratches his head.

"Yeah? What the hell is this?" I say and look at Adri.

She sighs and takes another drink before responding. "It's pretty obvious don't you think?" She says more of a statement than a question. No one responds and she continues. "I mean, we all know where she is," she pauses and looks at Jake. I look at him too and he is trying hard not to explode and yell again, his hands are tightly clenched into fists, shaking a little bit and knuckles turning white. I quickly turn to Adri and she smirks, but covers it into a serious expression. "And we all know it's best for her," she finishes and leans back on her chair and drinks her mocha.

'Adri I hope you know what you are doing right now' I say mentally.

"Where the fuck are you going with this Linton?" Niall retorts.

Adri smiles to herself and looks at me with a knowing expression before looking at Niall. "She's in London... with her other half," she smirks.

Jake roughly stands up and slams his hand on the table, causing everyone in the shop to turn to us.

"That's some shit you're saying!" He yells at her.

"Definitely not, the 'some shit' here is her ever dating you!" She yells from her seat.

And then sudden gasps and chorus of;

"Ooh"

"Shit"

"What's going on?"

"Did she really just say that?"

Filled the shop, Niall looked stunned while Jake looked dumbfounded.

"Well," she smiled and looked at me. "Sissy I think we are done here," she says and picks up our belongings and grabs my hand leading us out the shop.

"Johnny is doing well," she says, answering my question from earlier and acting like nothing happened just a few seconds ago. I looked at the boys, and they were frozen in their spot.

*Shane's P.O.V


I woke up with a hangover, and a massive headache. I have no idea what happened last night, I shrug it off and walk to my bathroom and start off my day.

"Mum I'm going out!" I announce as I get my jacket. I hear no response and I start to worry about her. Did she not come home last night? "M-mum?" I stutter, I open her bedroom door and she isn't there. "Fuck," I mutter under my breath.

I walk inside and I don't hear the shower on, where can she be? I walk out of her room and shut the door behind me. I walk to the living room and was startle by loud snores. What the-

"Mum?" I walk closer and there she is, sprawled across the sofa, passed out. I sigh in relief and cover her shivering body with a blanket. "I'll be back soon," I whispered and kissed her forehead.

I walk out of the house; I turned around and was harshly pushed against the wall. "What the-"

"Move!" An angry drunk voice says. My blood starts to boil with anger and I push him away.

"Where the hell were you?! My mum slept in the living room again because of you!" I yell at him.

His identical angry piercing eyes stare into mine.

"Keep your nose somewhere else kid," he spits and walks inside the house without another glance or a word.

"Asshole," I dust of my jacket and start walking again.

I arrive moments later and hear shouts. I see Niall's car in his drive way and walk up to the door. I open the door without knocking and Niall appears within seconds.

"What Shane?" He rolls his eyes and leans on the wall.

"Well hi to you too, blonde" I chuckle and walk in.

"What-" a sound of a broken glass interrupts him, and he quickly leaves. "Calm down! Shane's here..." His voice trails off and I appear in the same room as them. Jake is angrily pacing back and forth.

"Someone woke up at the wrong side of the bed?" I joke and Jake looks at me with a malicious glare.

"What do you want!" He barks.

"What the hell have I done to you? I just woke up!" I defend myself.

"We had... Erm... An incident..." Niall mumbles.

"Of?" I raise an eyebrow at him.

"None of your business!" Jake spats.

"Oh... I think I know now," I smirk. "It's about Lynn isn't it?"

"Shane stop," Niall says.

"She left, I told you. Don't you remember? " I say and look at Jake. He's getting angrier by the second and it's such an amusement sight. I shake my head and chuckle. "She left to go see Harry-"

"Shut up!" Jake yells and stalks towards me. "Shut the fuck up! You don't know shit!"

"I know perfectly well that she isn't here!" I shot back.

"Shane stop!" Niall says and tries to get Jake away from me.

I ignore him and continue. "Why did she leave, Jake," I taunt him. "Huh? Did innocent little Jake did something bad to Lynn?"

"I didn't do anything," he mutters.

"Oh I'm sure you did, why would Lynn leave after winter formal?" He freezes, and that's enough for me to know he did something horrible to her. "You never showed up, she was alone," I shook my head.

"Jake... What happened?" Niall says and looks at his best friend.

"Yeah Jake, tell us what happened."

"Fuck off Shane! Nothing happened!" He shouts and punches my jaw. I collapse on the floor with the unexpected hit. I quickly get up and brush it off.

"You cheated-" another hit came followed by more. I tried to cover my head but he was to fast. He punched my stomach and all the air came out.

"Jake! Stop!" Niall grabs him and takes him off of me. "Get out!" It took me a few seconds to function what he said.

I quickly gathered myself up and left.

"Come back here you dick!" I shut the door and left Niall's house. I sigh and look at my reflection on a cars rear mirror. I have a bruised cheek and my lip is cut and swollen.

"What are you doing here?!" I turn around and see Katie. "I told you not to come!"

"What the hell are you talking about?"

"What happened to you?" She gasps, ignoring my question. "Oh my, did Niall find out?!" She panics.

"For the second time, what are you talking about?" I say annoyed.

"Last... Night" she says and waits for me to connect the dots.

"Real specific Barbie," I roll my eyes. "What about last night?" She slapped me and called me a jerk before stalking away. I'm left even more confuse.
