Harry's POV

I walked into the kitchen to check on her and ended up eavesdropping.
"Mom, Dad's working. Heather's going to get out of school in a few hours. She can come pick me up," she said.
Wait, what? I thought.
"Okay. Don't worry, Mom. I'm going to be fine. I know how to take care of myself. And if I'm not okay, I have my skates. They're sharp. And they hurt," she said.
What is she talking about? I thought, moving closer.
"I love you, too, Mom. Bye."
She pressed a button on her phone and turned around. She shrieked and took a step back, tripping over her bag. She smiled and opened her mouth as if to laugh, but nothing came out. I took a step closer and watched as her facial expression turned to panic. I stood there, not knowing what to do.


Melody's POV

I started to panic. I gasped for breath, but my lungs wouldn't work. Harry stood beside me with a shocked expression on his face.
DO SOMETHING!!!! I mentally screamed at him. GET SOMEBODY!!!! I CAN'T BREATHE!!!!
Suddenly, I could breathe again. I gasped for air, filling my lungs over and over again with precious oxygen. I sat up and started crying/laughing. A very confused Harry squatted down next to me, looking at me funny.
"Umm..." he said, not sure what to do. "Are you okay?"
I shook my head, then nodded, which made him even more confused. He awkwardly patted my back.
Suddenly, a herd of elephants came running into the kitchen.
"What happened?" three British voices shouted in unison, followed by a muffled Irish "What'd you do to her?"
I curled up into the fetal position and put my head between my knees.
"I didn't do anything!" Harry said from beside me. I felt another hand on my back, this time from the other side.
"I forgive you for taking my bacon," whispered Niall. I looked up and laughed, tears running down my cheeks.
"That was my bacon!" I shouted, wiping the tears from my face. "Is there Kleenex somewhere?"

Okay, so I may not be as bad at writing from Harry's POV as I thought. Maybe. Comment and tell me if you want to see more of Harry's POV. Or... tell me if I'm okay at it or not. 'Cuz I'm not sure.
