Road Trip
=Chapter One=
Lydia´s POV:
"Say your name to the class please"
"Harry Styles" I quickly look away, I can´t believe this, he´s back, after five fucking years, he´s back.
"Ok Harry, sit behind Miss. Stephen" I mentally facepalmed. "Lydia?" I just look at her.
"Raise you hand please"
I slowy raised it and look down, Harry give the teacher his famous smile and head towards his seat. Every step he takes, the fastest my heart pounds, he pass beside me I look to the other side hoping he wouldn´t talk to me.
"Ok everyone, let´s start" The teacher say thanks god.
Through the session, I coud feel Harry´s eyes on me. I really don´t understand, why does this have to happen to me? Suddenly the memories start coming back, I remember everything, how alone and heartbroken I felt and how much I´ve missed him, then I felt it, the same emotion I feel when my parents die, it´s something you can´t even describe, you heart aches and you wish you could go back in time, I hate this feeling. The tears were threathing to fall so I quickly asked to go the bathroom.
While I was on my way there I decide I was not going to cry, he didn´t deserve it, not one single tear, in the moment he left me like that, he lost every single part of my afection towards him and now all that is left is hate and resentment.
I hate Harry Styles, with all my heart.
Harry´s POV:
I never thought I would find her again, never but when I see her the guilt came back. When I left, I didn´t meant not to tell her, I just thought it will be less painfull for her, but I now, she don´t even look at me.
When she was back from the bathroomI search her eyes and I was really surprised when I found her staring back at me, but she was not only staring back, she was glaring, pure hate in her eyes. I remember that, her eyes has always been really expresive.
She sit on her seat and ignore me the rest of the class, when the bell ring I quickly stand up and gathered my things and wait for her at the door.
"Hey" She ignore me and try to pass by me. "Lydia"
"What?!" She spat.
"Hello" I smile.
"Goodbye" She said glaring and pushing me out of her way.
I guess this is going to be really hard.
Lydia´s POV:
School was already over and the guys were supposed to go over to our apartment. Today me and Cass don´t work, so Niall is taking all of us to the apartement, we were in the car jamming out to the songs in the radio when Niall say we were already there, wow, that was fast, well I guess you get faster everywhere using a car than taking a bus.
We all walk inside and the guys quickly went to the living room while Louis ordered some pizzas, I really need this get-together becase today was really a bad day at shcool so just chilling with my friends would help.
I lay on one couch with Cass, my head on her lap and my legs on Liam´s lap, Zayn sat on the love seat and Niall just sat in the floor with some pillows around him while Louis sit, or mostly lay in the other couch all by himself. We were talking abut random stuff when this idea pop in my head.
"Let´s go to Cali" I said.
Cassidy was playing with my hair but stop when I say it, everyone looks at me and I smile while sitting up.
"In early march?" I roll my eyes at Liam.
"Not right now" I said. "Just forget it" I said getting into old position.
"Guys, I think it would be cool" Niall said.
"Yeah I mean, we can go on spring break" Zayn said. My eyes go wide aswel as my smile.
"ROAD TRIP!" I scream stading up.
"YEEEES!" Cassidy said standing up aswell and grabbing my hands.
"We have time to plan everything, think about it guys, the beach, sun, partys!" Everyone was smiling like idiots, including myself.
"I´m in" Zayn said.
"We all are in" Niall said, and then, the pizza arrived.
And after taht we spent the whole afternoon planning our trip, this si going to be the best spring break ever! Around nine the guys left me and Cass alone in our apartment. I cleaned the living while she cleaned the kitchen, how can we dirt this place up in few hours?.
Once I was finished with the cleanign thing, I went to my room and change into my pijamas, that were just an oversized T-shirt and my panties, then I put my hair in a high ponytail, then I went to the bathroom and remove my make up, then I washed my face and just stare at myself in the mirror.
This morning when Harry arrived came to my mind, then it came my parents death and the next you knew I was crying on the floor of the bathroom. Suddenly I remember that day, when Harry left.
*Flashback*
"Bye mom!" I said while waving goodbye to my mother .
"Bye sweetheart, say hi to Harry and Cassidy for me!" She said smiling.
"I will"
I get to the classroom and Cass my bff was already there, well one of my bffs, because my other friend is Harry, we are lie the three mosqueters. Harry is like my brother, ever since I met him in fifth grade and then, in sicth grade we met Cassidy, so eventually we all became friends.
"Lydiaaaaa!"
"Cass!" We run and hugged each other.
"How was your summer?" She ask, I love how active she is.
"Fine I spend most of it with Harry" I say smiling.
"How was New York?" She is so lucky, she went to NY on her vacations with her family, well mom.
"It was awesome!" She takes something out of her backpack. "I bought you this" She handing me a shirt that reads I love NY.
"Cass I love it thanks!" I hugged her and then I smile.
"Where´s Harry? I bought something for him too"
"I don´t know, he doesn´t answer my calls"
"Maybe his sick" She smile at me.
"Yeah maybe"
(One month later)
The teacher was doing the roll call, then she said my name, I raised my hand and she contiues, but she does, she doens´t says Harry´s name, he´s next to me in the list, how weird. Once the teacher was done she stand up from her desk and stand in the middle of the classroom.
"Kids I have bad news" She paused. "Harry Styles is not longer going to come to this school" My heart stops for a second and my eyes go wide, I stand up and look at the techer in the eye.
"Why he´s not coming anymore? He´s sick? He had and accident?" The teacher smile at me.
"No Lydia, he went back to UK"
He what? He leaves to another continent? Why he never told me? I felt my eyes water and just run otu of the classroom with Cassidy following behind me calling my name. I went to the bathroom and get into a stall and cried my heart out. Harry left, he left, I can´t believe it. Cassidy was knocking on the door of the stall were I was asking me to open the door, but I ignore her, right now, nothing can make me feel better.
*End of Flashback*
"Lydia? Lydia open the door" I was sobbing uncontrollably. "Lydia" She said in a sweet caring voice.
I instantly open the door and let her in, she kneel beside me and hugged me tightly, she was stroking my head and was also rocking us back and forth, my hands were on her arms holding her tightly. My shoulders were shaking like crazy and I was choking on my own tears. She kissed the top of my head and backed away a little so she could see me.
"Whats wrong?" She said with sadness in her eyes.
"I can´t Cass I can´t" I said starting to cry harder wich cause to buried my head on her.
"What you can´t Lydia?"
"H-he´s back"
"Who?"
"Harry" I said while I kept crying. "And thinking about him makes me remember my parents and I-"
"Shh, just cry, let it all out" And I did as she told me to.
Ten minutes later we stand up and she take me to my room, I get in bed and she cover me with the commforter, she was about to leave when I realize she was the most important person in my life right now, I mean my parents are and will always be, but now, Cassidy is my everything, I truly thinks she is my sister.
"Cass can you stay?" She smile sweetly at me and joined me in bed.
"Sleep tight Lydia"
"Goodnight" I say chuckling.
(The next morning)
When I woke up Cssidy was not in my room, I bet she is bathing or making breakfast. I stand up and went straight to the kitchen and there she was, making breakfast. She said goodmorning and I said it back with a smile, we ate our food and then we head to get ready for school.
Once me and Cassidy were ready we head to our bus stop, today we do have work, so it´s going to be a long day. We finally make it to school and I was nervous as fuck, I really don´t want to see him, I´m not prepared after last night. Cassidy notices this and grabs my hand.
"Hey, calm down" She smiles. "I´m here" I nodded and smile.
"Thank you"
We walk inside and were walking down the hallway when I see him, I couldn´t believe what my eyes were seeing, he was talking with my friends, suddenly out of nowhere I felt really mad and the next thing you knew I was storming to were they were talking.
"Excuse me, but guys, we need to talk" I said to Niall, Louis, Liam and Zayn ignoring Harry completely.
"Goodmorning to you too" Louis said sarcastically.
"Let´s go, it´s important" I said.
"Hello Lydia" Harry said.
"Hi" I said coldly.
"You guys know each other?" Niall asked.
"Yeah, we used to know each other" I said glaring at Harry and walking away.
I will never, ever, forgive Harry, never.
