As Fragile as Glass

*** 15 Minutes Earlier ***
Breezie's POV

I was sitting in my office with my headphones on jamming out to Somebody by Natlie Rose. I hummed along to myself as I scheduled next week's fights. I didn't notice Niall come in until he said hey really loudly. I screamed in suprise and jumped out of my seat. I yanked my headphones out and paused the song.

"Jesus Niall! Don't scare me like that! You nearly gave me a heart attack!" I said obviously upset.

"Sorry, I thought you saw me come in," he said.

I sighed and Sat back down. "It's fine. What can I do for you?"

"I'm supposed to tell you that instead of Louis fighting next week, I am. Eleanor got angry when she found out he fought last night. Apparently he lied and told her he wasn't. He is making up for it by not fighting for the next two weeks," Niall said.

I frowned at him but scheduled him anyways.

"What?" Niall asked in confusion.

I shook my head. "It's nothing."
"No, tell me," he insisted.

"It's just- I worry," I said.

"You worry?"

I could feel my cheeks turning red. "Well I mean of course I worry about you guys. I don't like it when people get hurt."

Niall leaned against my desk and stared at me.

"What is it?" I asked worried I had something on my face.

"I just never realized you worried about me," Niall said as he smiled brightly at me.

I self consciously looked down at my desk.

"Um hey?" I heard a timid voice say.

My head shot up in surprise and I saw Liam's little sister Summer standing in the doorway.

"Hey!" I said hoping she hadn't heard our conversation.

Niall stood up and smiled at Summer. "Hey Summer."

He looked back at me."I'll talk to you later."

I blushed as my heart fluttered at the thought of seeing him again. Niall said goodbye to Summer and left. Summer Sat down in one of the chairs on the other side of my desk.

"So you and Niall huh?" Summer asked.
