Niall's POV

"Knock knock!!" Someone said. I peeped through the little hole, it was Harry. Brooklyn was still downstairs.
"It's him, go!" I whispered to Brooklyn. She immediately ran upstairs to her bedroom, to hide, from Harry. He didn't know about the twins, he didn't think it was true when I confronted him about it. I opened the door.
"Come in." I said. Harry walked in. He smiled as usual, messing his curls up. We sat down on the couch. We were frozen, sitting, until I broke the ice.

"So, what exactly did you come here for?" I said.
"Well, I visited Emma.." He said.
"You did? How did it go?"
"Well, she clearly needs to rest, and she told me that you were taking care of her? She said Niall when I asked her who was helping her, is it true?"
"Yeah, it is. I met her somewhere with one of her relatives." I didn't lie. I didn't tell him though. "We're really good friends."
"Okay, so you're going out with that chick?"
"No I'm not." I can't believe he didn't remember her name.. Brooklyn. She was upstairs too. "You gonna ask Emma?"
"Not yet, I had my eyes laid on this other girl at that party we went too."
"That's almost a month ago!"
"I know.." He looked down.
"You're really not sure are you?"
"Yeah, this other one had fear in her eyes, like something happened. I wanted to clear it out of her mind."
"Do you have her number? I mean, you always get their number."

Harry's POV

"Do you have her number? I mean you always get their number." Niall said. I ruffled through my pockets,I found two numbers. One crumpled up that I wrote "Emma : Cell" on. The other one was different from Emma's, no name.
"Yeah, it's this one I guess." I said.
"You should call it. Maybe a second chance to find her?" He said.
"I guess." I pulled out my phone. My hand was shaking, the one holding the piece of paper. I dialled the number. I put the phone against my ear and waited it to ring.

Brooklyn's POV

I went upstairs in my bedroom. I locked the door and ran to my bed. I threw my body onto it, ruffling my flowery black/white sheets. It felt like I was Rapunzel, trapped in my bedroom, while everyone gets to do fun things, even though I respected that Niall wanted to keep it a secret. I reached on the side to find a magazine, i opened it, flipped through it. "Screw this...." I thought. Instead I grabbed my phone and plugged in my earphones.

I turned on my music. My world was out. Nothing was on my mind, except for the lyrics of the song. Every night by Imagine Dragons was playing. I laid on my bed and closed my eyes. I wiped a couple tears off my face, then after a couple minutes the next one played. On top of the world, same artist. I especially loved the beat. Their lyrics are so inspiring. It made me sing and dance, except I had to keep quiet, so I just danced a little. I looked myself in the mirror, I was a complete idiot! The song ended, and I jumped back on my bed. The sound of the springs made it sound like I was on a trampoline, almost falling off. *laughs*.

I got super bored, so I started texting different people. They were all wondering where I was and where I went. I already graduated and they did too. We all went our separate ways. I checked twitter. More tweets about me and Emma running away. Ugh. I didn't bother checking them. Facebook I haven't been on in a long time. Again the same thing, more friend requests who aren't even my friends. I shut it all off. I was better off with out all the social apps.

Suddenly I lost grip of my phone and it fell on my face. Great. I grabbed it quickly when it started buzzing in my hands. Someone was calling me. "Unknown Name" it said. I took my chances and answered.

Okay so clearly the person who Harry's calling is Brooklyn. A couple chapters back : he was drunk at the party and got both of their numbers, meeting both of them, In the same dress. Yeah, hope you like the update! ~ArtsyFartsyGurł
