Can't Take It

Wow inviting Liam over isn't the brightest idea.
" I think he truly loves you Louis! You just need to try again. Things never work right at first but it should eventually." Liam sets his tea down.
" Liam are you not listening!" I throw my hands in the air and stand up. I really wanted him to tell me to not give In To harry and to move on.
" I am.. But you keep saying the same shit Lou!" He chuckles.
" Your right but it's because you arnt listening to a word I'm saying." I'm getting frustrated.
" I've been here for over and hour listening to every word you have said and now your saying I'm not listening. Okay? But you asked for my opinion and I think you should go with tres!" Liam throws in a fucking Spanish word! Really. This is serious.
" Tres?" I stare at him. He throws his feet up on the coffee table and grabs the remote.
" Yes Louis. Tres? Three. You should know that." Liam turns his attention back to the telle.
" Oh my god I do." He just hums. Now he is ignoring me I know it. I grab the remote from his hands and throw it on the ground.
" Liam please!" I plop on the floor. He doesn't even budge just sits there.
" I told you what it think you should do. Now either you listen to me or you do something else. It's up to you. Your just trying to get me to say what you want to hear Lou." He had a point I guess. But I don't want to forgive harry. I know something will happen. I bury my face in my palms and stay on the ground.
" Listen Louis. I'm sorry it had to be that way but harry is trying to get you back and I give him credit for that." Liam rubs my back. " now get me something to eat." Casual Liam... Moment ruiner!
" That was the best lunch ever!" Liam finishes scarfing down the last of his pizza rolls.
" Liam... I heated up some pizza rolls.. In the microwave." He bobs his head really fast.
" Best pizza rolls ever!" He winks. I try not to think about harry but a sudden memory hits me.
* flashback*
harry comes storming out of the kitchen with a platter covered with a silver lid. Must be something fancy.
" Are you ready Louis!" Harry excitedly puts the platter in front of me.
" Yes sir styles! Surprise me!" I pull myself into the table so I can be closer to the food. He reaches down toward the kid and stops.
" Okay you must know this is a long time family recipe Louis. So this is a really good dish." He seems serious.
" I get it I get it." I smile at him. Finally he reaches for the lid and rips it off. What the fuck. I was staring at some oven baked pizza rolls.
" Woah.. You really outdid yourself there harry." I laugh as he throws some of pizza rolls on the plate.
" Babe... It is a family secret. I mean we bake at 350 and for twenty minutes where as the original or official deal asks for 450 and ten minutes. And don't tell anyone!" Harry leans over and kisses my forehead.
" I won't.. I promise."
" love you!" He walks away taking the tray back Into the kitchen.

* end of flashback *

i must have been staring off into space because Liam was nearly yelling.
" Louis!"
" oh I'm so sorry.. I was uhm thinking. What?" I shake my head getting the thought to go away.
" I said are you going to talk to harry about it." Liam took a sip of water just to avoid and awkward conversation.
" Li... I don't know... It just doesn't seem like it will work int he long run." I look at the ground.
" Your giving up tommo.. Someone like you.. And to think I looked up to you!" He is fake crying over dramatically and puts his hand over his face. I slap him in the shoulder.
" I'll think about it Liam not shut up!" I laugh and sit back in my chair.
" Good. Mate I just want to see you happy again.. I mean you have moments sure but it's nothing like when you had harry. I.. I just know there is something there and I don't want you to push it by. Because it might just be the one thing you can't live without." Liam spoke softly. I mean I guess he had a point and all. Maybe I should try again for the sake of love.
