That L word

I wake up the next morning pissed off at myself. I treated Louis like shit yesterday. I storm down the stairs and see Niall standing by the fridge with Louis. He looks like shit! He is pale and has dark circles under his eyes.
" Oh my god Louis what's going on!" He is barly standing I help him to his feet.
" I'm fine harry. I just.. Didn't sleep." He looks extremely stressed. I look at Niall.
" Niall we need to give him some medicine." Niall nods and runs upstairs to the bathroom.
" You were right harry. Something is wrong with me... Maybe I am crazy." Louis coughs out.
" No. Your not I was angry okay do t believe what I said." I manage. Was I the reason He didn't sleep last night.? Niall returns with some medicine. Louis takes it no problem. I lay him out on the couch so I don't have stand up with him. I take a seat and watch him.
" What?" He looks a little better. But he is still not out of the woods.
" Nothing... I'm just watching you." I say.
" Oh okay. Come here." He asks. I walk over to him and kneel beside the couch. he grabs my face and pulls me in for a kiss. Out of instinct I kiss back but then he abruptly pulls away.
" Go.. I'm sorry... I shouldn't have.. It was wrong." Oh my fucking god. Here we go again.
" Louis." I look at him.
" I need to see a doctor harry...." Why would he need to see a doctor! He is just stressed is all.
" No your just stress-"
" no something more to it... I know it.. I havnt felt right for these past few days. I know I. Stressed but I need to know how stressed. Now do I have to drive or are you going to take me." Louis looks at me. I run upstairs to tell the boys.
" Should we come?" Zayn says.
" Yea I mean he is our mate... We are going to go." Niall says.
We all arrive to the hospital and bring Louis in. The lady send him into e.r so he can get treated right away. It's been about 45 minutes.
" The paps are showing up." Liam glances out the window. We call the nurse over.
" Please close the blinds." Zayn says. Niall has headed up to the snack bar and has been gone for like five minutes. The doctor walks out.
" Boys. Yes we are going to need you to sign a few things. In order for us to go not treatment and run tests." I shoot zayn a look.
" What's wrong with him!" Liam says.
" We are going to figure out right after one if you sign these sir." The doctor says sternly. We rip the papers out if his hands and sign. He disappears into the rock. Again.
And hour later he comes out.
" Is he okay!" I shoot up.
" yea what's wrong with him." Niall says zayn rubbing our shoulders.
" Well we have found some potential bad news guys."
