Apocalyptic Love

Lia’s POV

I left a note on the tent Ian and I set up saying I would be back. Harry was leading me back to his camp. I know it seems stupid but he did, after all, save my life and he seemed nice enough. Interrupting my train of thought, Harry spoke.

“Nice outfit.” He said. I looked down. I was wearing this: http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=69353657 . I’ve been wearing it for a week or so, but it was comfortable and practical.

“Thanks.” I said. Now that I got a good look at him, Harry was REALLY attractive. He has those beautiful bright emerald green eyes. His hair was milk chocolate brown and it was in a million, all over the place, curls. When he smiled it revealed his perfect straight blinding white smile. And his dimples. Oh his dimples. They were so cute. Wait. What am I saying? It’s hard enough trying to survive, I can’t be falling for this guys. I shook the thought out of my head.

We continued walking until I saw a clearing in the woods. It revealed a small grassy meadow. Why didn’t we come here first? This place was perfect for camp. Someone popped out of nowhere so I quickly drew my sword.

“Whoa! Sorry love, didn’t mean to startle you!” A guy with a lovely British accent said. His hands were up in surrender. I put my sword back on my waist where it always is.

“I’m Louis, nice to meet you.” He said.

“Hi Louis, I’m Lia.” I said.

“Wow Harry already bringing another girl back now, aren’t you?” Louis said to Harry.

“So you do this all the time? Bring girl over? Wow even when the world end some people are still-“ I was cut off by the sound of Louis laughing.

“What’s so funny Louis?” I said annoyed. He walked away and came back with something behind his back. He pulled out a little girl.

“This is the other girl he brought back.” I blushed. There was a baby girl probably two years old and I was jealous. Wow. But, I have to say, she was adorable.

“Harry was out at the grocery store and he found her hiding. He couldn’t just leave her so he brought her back. We don’t know anything about her so we call her Kylie. She’s so sweet.” Louis said smiling.

“Hi Kylie.” I said to her. “I’m Lia.”

“Hi Lia.” She said quietly. Awh!

“Anyways Lia, want to meet the rest of the boys?” Harry said.

“Sure.”

“Liam, Zayn, Niall, get your butts out here, there’s a girl!!” Louis yelled. I smacked him in the shoulder. He gave me a WTF? Look.

“You’re going to attract them!” I whisper-screamed.

“Oh yeah, sorry. Sometimes I just forget about it all.” He had a sad expression on his face. When the boys came out he was back to normal.

“Zayn, Liam, Niall, this is Lia. Lia, this is Zayn, Liam and Niall.” Louis said.

“Hi I’m Lia.” I said. The blonde one walked closer to me and held his arms out for a hug.

“Sorry, I don’t do hugs anymore.” I said coldly. I regretted saying that after his face fell.

“Sorry.” I said. “I just don’t feel comfortable anymore with you know…..people touching me.” I said. He nodded.

“Anyways, I’m Zayn.” A boy with a black up-do with a blonde streak in his hair said.

“Hi Zayn, I like your tattoos.” I said.

“Thanks!” Another boy with a buzz cut walked up to me.

“Hello! I’m Liam!” He said with a smile on his face.

“Hello Liam! I once had a goldfish named Liam. Did you know that?” I mentally face- palmed myself. How would he know that? Liam laughed.

“No I did not know that Lia.” Finally the blonde one came up to me.

“Hi. I’m Niall.”

“Nice to meet you Niall.”

“Would you like something to eat?” Louis said.

“No thanks, it’s probably hard enough feeding you six as it is.” I said.

“No really, Harry just went grocery shopping. You know that every time Harry goes to find food, he leaves money? He says so when they find a cure he won’t have to go to jail for shoplifting.” He said laughing.

“Louis!!” Harry yelled. I thought it was cute. Oh my gosh! What the hell am I thinking?

“I probably should go find my brother. He always goes crazy when he doesn’t know where I am.”

“Well bring him here! And while you’re at it bring your stuff!” Zayn said.

“No we couldn’t intrude!” I insisted.

“Just think about it. All of us together. We’ll be the Dream Team! Nothing could stop us! It’ll be great!” Louis said.

“No we couldn’t!” That was echoed by various ‘pleases’ and puppy dog eyes. I finally agreed.

What did I get myself into?
