What I Did
Niall's POV
Niall walked into Louis and Harry's flat. The boys all had agreed to meet up there before there radio show later that day. They had been back in London for only a day. Harry had broke it off with Taylor before they came but she insisted on being friends. Therefore, there she sat in the living room.
"The girls are coming by to the show," Liam told Taylor who sat on the opposite side of the couch.
"So is Gabrielle," Niall added subtlety, knowing very well what happened between them.
"Great," Taylor nodded.
Niall called Gabrielle who was on her way, after hanging up he heard a knock at the door. Niall walked over to open it and in walked Danielle, Eleanor and Belen. Niall's eyes widened. He hadn't broken it off with her yet, and Gabrielle was on her way up. Belen leaned and gave him a kiss on the lips as Gabrielle stood in the doorway.
"Hey baby," Belen said, as she wiped his lips and preceded inside, Niall froze. Before Niall could open his mouth to explain, Gabrielle grabbed the back Belen's ponytail and pulled down, so Belen fell on her back.
"What the fuck?!" Belen cried from the floor. "What the hell was that?" She shouted while Niall quickly helped her up.
"Gabrielle I can explain," Niall turned to her.
"Explain what? Niall what is going on?" Belen adjusted her hair. "What is your problem?" Belen turned to Gabrielle.
"Mind your fucking business before I break your face," Gabrielle stepped closer to Belen in her stiletto heels. She was a good few inches shorter than Gabrielle, but Belen still retreated to the living room where the rest of the gang stood watching.
"Gabrielle," Niall began before she slapped her hand across his face. Niall could feel the burn instantly.
"Don't bother," she shook her head in disappointment and walked away. Niall thought about following her, but knew she would probably end up hitting him.
Harry's POV
Harry's drove back to Cheshire alone, after the radio show. Taylor insisted on coming but Harry tricked her by saying he was going to the store and just left. They were longer together which is something he should have done along time ago. Management told him not to break it off with her publically just yet. He was to be with her on New Years and then take her to some islands and that was to be there big break up. Harry instantly knew things were going to get harder when Harry's mum called saying she heard Karmina's parents talking about pulling the plug on her machines. It was obvious that they would end up with half the money she had. When Harry met Karmina she had over $300,000 left over from Derek's life insurance. After publishing her book and getting a movie contract, she had made millions in the last few months. By law Karry was entitled to half and they could fight for some of the money. Harry now knew how cold they really were. How Karmina managed to be so kind and loving Harry would never know. As soon as he arrived Harry stormed into Karmina's room. Inside was his mother a few doctors and Karmina's parents.
"Harry, so nice of you to join us," Natasha smiled, but Harry knew she was faking.
"Nice to see you again," he continued the charade. "What's going on?"
"Well, since Karmina isn't waking up. We think it's best that we just put her out of her misery," David spoke to Harry for the first time since they had met.
"She will wake up. She just needs time. They can't do this," Harry now turned to the doctors.
"We don't know anything for certain, but they can do it. They are the only family she has. If we pull the plug she would die of starvation as the rest of her body is fully functioning," the doctor answered, Harry could tell the doctor didn't agree with the decision.
"I'm calling my lawyer. This isn't over. She is the mother to my newborn daughter. If there is a chance she will wake, there is a chance my daughter will have a mother. I will fight you in court!" Harry shouted before security came in. "I'm fine, I'll leave the room," Harry said to them and walked over to Karry's room.
Harry tried to be strong but he couldn't help it, they could just take her away from him. The love of his life, it wasn't fair. Harry asked the nurse if he could hold Karry and she allowed it for a few minutes. "I love you, Karry," he whispered as he looked down to her. "I know your mother loves you, too." He slowly rocked her from side to side. "You might be the only chance your mother has."
After being forced to put Karry down Harry left to the hospital parking lot to call his lawyer. He was shocked when he saw Taylor climb out of a car. The girl could not take a hint.
"I know you said it over," Taylor began as she stood infront of Harry. "But I still want to be your friend. I'm still here for you," she smiled weakly.
"Thank you," he nodded.
"I'm going to go see, Karry," she gave him a peck on the cheek before walking past him. Harry quickly called his lawyer and went over the details. He was excited when he heard that they had a case, but then it dawned on him what they were fighting for. He had to fight for Karmina's life.
