Harry's POV

Harry sat awkwardly on the bed as his mother spoke to Karmina's parents. They continued to talk about Karmina's childhood and strong work ethic. Natasha even began bragging about Karmina's book. Never once did they mention that they hadn't spoken to her in over two years. Harry had heard enough and left to go see Karry. He found the rest of one direction and Gabrielle in there sitting and talking.

"What's up mate?" Liam asked as Harry sat beside. "You look like shit."

"Karmina's parents are here," Harry's shook his curls out.

"What?!" Gabrielle shot up and ran out of the room, Niall trotted behind her.

"She's going to end up getting kicked out of this hospital," Louis laughed along with Zayn.

"She's a wild one," Zayn added. "I hope Niall can handle her."

A nurse walked in to check on Karry, she carried around a clip board taking notes. Harry stood to wash his hands. He put a hand on Karry's warm forehead.

"She is big enough for you to hold now. Would you like to feed your daughter?" The nurse asked while preparing a bottle. Harry was so nervous all he could do was nod. He had held babies before but he had never fed one, especially as small as Karry. "Your lucky Mr.Styles. You have a very strong little girl right there," she placed the tiny baby his his arms. Harry's eye watered a bit. This was the first time he was holding his daughter. All he could feel was a powerful surge of love, that just took hold of his entire body. He took the bottle from the nurse and sat down to feed her.

"Thank you," he finally said.

"Just remember to every few minutes removed the bottle and burp her. She's to small to have learned when already." The nurse excused herself. Harry sat there and starred into Karry's green eyes. She looked so much like her mother. Harry's began to burp her and she spit up on his shirt.

"I guess she's a lot more like you than I thought," Louis chuckled. Harry shook his head while laughing. After Karry finished her bottle Harry just held her. Feeling her warm body in his arms. The nurse returned and placed Karry back in the incubator. But Harry didn't want to let her go. There he stood before her plastic home, her body heat still lingering in his arms.

"That girl has gone mad," Anne said as she walked into the NICU.

"Who? Gabrielle?" Liam asked.

"Yes, she went in there and began yelling at Karmina's parents. Niall had to carry her out of the room," Anne stood next to Harry now staring down at the baby.

"She's always like that," Zayn laughed. The boys then excused themselves to go get food.

"How did they find her?" Harry turned to his mum. He didn't even try to hide his anger or concern.

"What do you mean? I called them. They are her parents," Anne defended them.

"You called them!" Harry tried to keep his voice low. "Mum, you don't understand. Karmina hasn't spoken to them in over two years. She wants nothing to do with them," Harry's voice cracked.

"But they are still her parents," Anne countered. "You should understand now. You are a father."

"If they decided to the pull the plug on her we won't have any rights she's not my wife!" Harry's broke down in tears, his knees giving out an he fell to the floor. The reality had set in, he had no right to her life. On paper they meant nothing. Anne bent beside him and gave him a hug.

"I'm so sorry, baby," she apologized.

"I can't deal with this right now," Harry pulled himself up and left his mother in the nursery alone.

Niall's POV

Niall stood outside with Gabrielle as she smoked a cigarette. She had began yelling at Karmina's parents perfect strangers to her. Niall knew Gabrielle was wild, but he didn't know she would be so passionate about defending her best friend. He admired that in her. She had never really had anyone to depend on in her life, but she would do anything for Karmina.

"I know you care about her, but your going to have to keep it under lock if we are going to keep coming here." Niall sat down on the curb and Gabrielle joined him.

"I can't help it. I just get so angry," she slowly inhaled the tobacco.

"Just try, please." Niall took her empty hand.

"Okay," she gave in.

"Can I have a cig?" Zayn stood on Niall's left side.

"Sure," Gabrielle handed him her pack of cigarettes and a lighter. Zayn then sat beside them.

"Everything has gone to shit," Zayn probed his elbows on his knees.

"You got that right," Niall sighed. The three of them turned to see Harry storming out of the hospital.

"Harry!" Zayn shouted, Harry turned to see who called then walked over to them.

"This isn't a good time," Harry said, his tone was serious.

"Are you okay?" Niall looked up to him.

"Yeah, I'm just done," he threw his arms out in frustration.

"With what?" Zayn tapped his cigarette.

"With everything. I'm calling the label today. I'm breaking it off with Taylor and I'm going to be there for my daughter." Harry exhaled loudly.

"You know we have to leave in a few days mate?" Zayn said in a low voice.

"I know," Harry bit his lip.
