Your grammar, for the most part, was astounding! I was really happy because, for once, I was able to read a plot – although not the best – with such great detail and correct spelling and punctuation. The only mistake I am making note of is how you punctuate dialogue. Where you put a period, you should have put a comma.
E.g.:
(Instead of) "Don't say that Harry." Liam replied.
(You should have written) "Don't say that Harry," Liam replied.
Other than that, I thought your grammatically skills were amazing.
Although the best Larry story I’ve read – ever, your plot reeks of over usage. We’ve all read it before: car crash ->coma ->memory loss ->heartbreak ->get back together in the end. Trust me, I’ve gone down that road, and I seriously cannot fathom how much I hate myself for doing it (not that I’m saying you should hate yourself, because you definitely shouldn’t).
What I am trying to say is that you should try experimenting with completely unique plotlines. Don’t play it safe by using something that has already been written numerous times. The people (or at least me) want new, risky plotlines where the characters aren’t perfect, where they have real life problems, and plots that have never been done before. (A/N: Can someone back me up on this? It’s not just me, right?)
Overall, you really do have a great story. I just wish you had done a different plot line, something less basic. I honestly think you could write something great, though, so continue writing – just don’t be basic!
If you found this review to be disappointing, I'm can't say I'm sorry. As I said, I am a brutally honest person, or so people tell me. If you would like me to take this down, I will, just ask me. Don't bitch about it either; I don't care what you think, I'm just telling you what I think. Don't get mad, you asked for it. Don't rate this badly just because you don't like what I say. But on the off chance you like what I'm telling you, I'm glad you could learn something from me.
