Chaianne’s P.O.V
It’s been a month since Harry has been gone and the kids and I are going to a cancer event with Gemma, Cameron, Anne, and Robin. I walked into the twin’s room and found Colton sitting up in his crib. Haleigh was still asleep. They began to sit up on their own a week after Harry left. I walked over to Colton’s crib and picked him up.
“Hi baby boy. How are you today?” I asked tickling his stomach. He giggled. As I sat him on the changing table. When I changed his diaper I picked him up and walked to the closet to pick out the onesies that I bought them when I bought Kayla and I shirts. I sat down with him on the floor of their bed room and started to change him.
“Hey. Cam went and bought all of us breakfast but he dropped me off here first.” Gemma said walking into the room and startling me. “Sorry about that.” She said grabbing a now awake Haleigh and changing her diaper.
“It’s fine. Bug is still asleep and I have to get ready still.” I said pulling up Colton’s pants. “You are ready to go little buddy.” I said tickling his stomach. I turned my back to put his pajamas in the hamper when Gemma told me to turn back around. When I did I saw Colton rolling.
“Omg!” I said grabbing my phone and recording him rolling.
“That’s amazing! I bet Harry wishes he were here.” Gemma said. I nodded my head as I finished recording and sat Colton in my lap.
“Now you’re my little rollie pollie .” I said smiling down at him.
“Haleigh’s all done. I can take them down stairs and put them in their play pin while you get ready.” Gemma said taking Colton from me and taking them downstairs. I walked to mine and Harry’s room and I sent him the video before I got in the shower. When I was dressed I walked back out and saw that I got a text.
Hubby: I wish I were there!
Wifey: I wish you were here also! Love you! XX
Hubby: I love you too. What are you guys up to today?
Wifey: We are going to a cancer event with Gem, Cam, Mom, and Robin. Cam asked us all to go.
Hubby: So a family day. I hope you guys have fun. Skype later?
Wifey: Duhh babe :) What are your plans for today?
Hubby: Concert. I have to go rehearse now. Love and miss all of you! XX
Wifey: We love and miss you too!
I put my phone in my pocket and walked to Kayla’s room to find her still asleep. I walked over to her bed and gently shook her awake.
“Bug we have to get ready.” I said picking her up and walking to the closet. After I picked her outfit and got her dressed. Once she was dressed we walked downstairs to see Anne and Robin sitting with Gemma.
“Cam should be back any minute.” Gemma said as Kayla ran and sat on her lap. I nodded my head and sat down on the couch.
“Have you had any morning sickness yet?” Anne asked me. I shook my head no.
“Not yet which is odd because with Haleigh and Colton I had morning sickness from the start.” I replied resting my hand on my stomach even though I didn’t even have a tiny baby bump.
“Interesting. Have you talked to Harry recently?” Anne asked me.
“Yea I was just texting him and we plan on Skypeing later.” I replied smiling. There was a knock on the door and I went to answer it to find Cam with a bunch of food in his hands.
“Do you need any help there Cam?” I asked him. He shook his head no before walking in.
“Who wants food?” Cam asked as he walked into the kitchen to set the food down.
“I do!!” Kayla yelled running into the kitchen after him.
“Oh I’m sorry. Little Girls with the name of Kayla can’t eat this food.” Cam said. Kayla came running to me in tears.
“What’s wrong?” I asked even though I knew.
“Cam is being mean and said I can’t eat.” Kayla said climbing on my lap.
“Cam let the poor girl have food. You made her cry.” Gemma shouted.
“Fine. Come on Kay Kay lets get food.” Cam said as Kayla ran into the kitchen. We all laughed and followed them into the kitchen with Anne and I carried Haleigh and Colton.When we finished eating I packed the twins’ diaper bag and we were ready to go. Cameron was driving his van since it was a long drive to where we had to go. I sat in the way back with the twins. Robin and Anne sat in the middle seats with Kayla in between them and Gemma was on the passenger’s seat since Cameron was driving.
“Thank you guys for coming to this with me.” Cam said as he drove.
“It’s no problem.” We all replied.
“This is going to sound weird but do you have a blanket?” I asked.
“Yea there should be one in the trunk. You can look.” Cameron replied. I turned around and looked in the trunk and found one. I looked at the twins and saw that they were both asleep so I covered myself up in the blanket and fell asleep also. I woke up half an hour later and we were still driving.
“Well look who is finally awake.” Gemma said turning and looking at me. I smiled at her and yawned. I then looked at my phone.
Hubby: Hey baby
Wifey: Hey babe sorry I fell asleep.
Hubby: I know. How much longer do you guys have?
Wifey: How? 2 ½ hours. The kids are all asleep and so is your mum and Robin.
Hubby: I was texting Gemma and she sent me a picture. You looked pretty cozy.
Wifey: I really wasn’t now my neck hurts :(
Hubby: I’m sorry babe :( I know what will make you feel better! :)
Wifey: A neck massage?
Hubby: Yea but that’s not what I meant
Wifey: then what did you mean oddball?
Hubby: I’m coming home soon! Sorry babe but I have to go. Love you!
Wifey: Yay! Love you too!
“You were just texting Harry weren’t you?” Gemma asked me. I nodded my head. “I knew it! Your smile gave you away!” Gemma said laughing. I rolled my eyes. The next 2 ½ hours went by slowly but we finally got there. I climbed out and Robin helped me get the twins out. When we got inside only a couple of people were there and Cam lead us to a lady.
“Hi Cam. I missed you.” The lady said hugging him.
“Hi Mrs.Kelly. How have you been?” He asked as they pulled apart.
“Oh I’ve been fine. Who are these lovely looking people?” Mrs.Kelly asked gesturing to us.
“Well this is my fiancé Gemma, Anne and Robin her mum and step-dad, Chaianne Gemma’s sister-in-law, Colton, Haleigh, and Kayla Chaianne’s children.” He said pointing to us.
“Hello I’m Hannah Kelly. You can call me Hannah. There is a room in back that you can put their carriers in. It will be locked.” Mrs.Kelly or should I say Hannah replied. I thanked her and asked Anne if she would help me. She gladly agreed.
“So I got a call from my son today saying that little guy began to roll. Is that true?” Anne asked me as we were walking.
“Yes it is.” I said smiling. She smiled back.
“That means it is now time to baby proof.” Anne said as we walked into the room.
“Ugggg more shopping?” I heard the voice of my husband whined. My head snapped up and I looked up to see Harry. Anne took Haleigh’s carrier from me and I ran and jumped into Harry’s arms.
“I missed you babe.” I said as we kissed.
“I missed you too. How are the four little ones?” Harry asked as he sat me down and placed a hand on my stomach.
“They are fine. What are you doing here?” I asked him.
“Well Niall got sick so the next week of concerts are cancelled and I’m all yours.” Harry said hugging me.
“Aww poor Nialler.” I said looking up at him.
“Yea. Now where are my babies?” Harry asked. Anne walked over and sat the carriers on the table. Harry sat in one of the chairs in front of the table and tickled them.
“Hewwo. Daddy missed you.” Harry said in his baby voice. Colton began to kick his legs and Haleigh began to cry. Harry looked at me worried. I took Haleigh out of the carrier and walked around the room with her until she calmed down.
“Where’s buggie?” Harry asked me as he held Colton.
“She’s with Gemma, Cam, and Robin.” I said walking out of the room between Anne and Harry. When we got out and saw Kayla and Gemma getting their faces painted. Harry sat down in the chair next to Kayla and told the person he wanted a butterfly on one cheek and lips on another. I’m assuming Kayla realized that it was his voice because she turned her head and when she saw him she ran and jumped on his lap.
“Daddy!” She said hugging him.
“Hey bug. Why don’t you finish getting your face painted while I get mine finished?” Harry said. Kayla nodded her head and they finished. We were there for four hours and a bunch of people came and there were many fun ways for them to donate money for to find the cure for cancer. When we left Harry took a cab and I rode with the others. Once we got home Harry and I changed the twins into their pajamas while Kayla changed into hers. Harry watched them while I took a shower and changed and I did the same for him. We decided to have a movie night with the kids. I got us blankets and pillows while Harry popped the popcorn.
“Babe can you make Haleigh and Colton’s bottles please?” I shouted as I walked down the stairs.
“Sure babe.” Harry replied as I put the blankets and pillows on the couch and then Kayla and I picked out the movies. We decided on the Croods, frankinwennie, the Lorax, and the Polar Express. Well I guess I picked the last one. When Harry came into the living room with the popcorn and the bottles. We all got under the blankets. I was sitting next to Harry with Kayla nest to me. I pushed play for the Lorax before I began to feed Haleigh. Harry fed Colton and when we were finished they both fell asleep so we put them in their playpen. Kayla moved onto Harry’s lap and I rested my head on Harry’s shoulder.
“Smile girlies.” Harry said as he took a picture of us and then tweeted it.

After the Lorax we watched Frankinwennie. That movie scared me but not Kayla. Harry would laugh at everytime I hid my face in his chest or I would tighten my grip on his arm. Kayla feel asleep during the movie so Harry carried her upstairs while I put in the Polar Express. When he came back down he sat me in his lap and wrapped his arms around my waist.
“I missed this.” He said kissing my neck. I nodded my head in agreement. It was half way through the movie and Harry had fallen asleep and I had to pee so I tried to climb out of his grip wuth out waking him which I failed at.
“Babe?” Harry asked me.
“I just have to pee.” I said going to the bathroom that is down here. When I pulled my pants down I saw blood. I ignored it and went on with my business and then walked down stairs to see the TV off and Harry folding up the blankets.
“I think we should go to bed now babe. You have had a long day.” He said as he carried me bridal style upstairs. When we got to our room Harry laid me down on my side and then he went and climbed into his side. We turned off our lamps and he pulled me into his chest. I soon fell asleep. I woke up a couple hours later and felt something wet. I looked down and saw that there was blood surrounding me.
“Harry! Wake up!” I said in hysterics. He rolled over but didn’t wake up. I decided to call Anne.
“Hello?” She asked when she answered, she sounded like she just woke up which she most likely did.
“There’s blood. A lot of it. I need you!” I said crying into the phone.
“I’ll be right over.” I heard her say as I also heard rummaging in the back ground. I hung up and tried to wake Harry up again but it didn’t work. I sat in bed crying and not moving. A couple minutes later Anne came running into the room. She screamed when she saw the blood and that’s what woke Harry p.
“What the heck is going on?” Harry asked sitting up. When he saw all the blood and heard me crying he sprang out of bed and walked over to my side and helped me up.
“Mum can you stay here with the kids while I took her to the hospital?” Harry asked helping me put my shoes on. Anne nodded her head and then Harry helped me slowly walk down the stairs. He grabbed his keys and wallet and then we went out to the car. I was still crying and was in a panic.
“Everything will be ok.” Harry said taking hold of my hand. I didn’t reply. I just stared out the window and just sobbed. It felt like everything after we arrived to the ER was in slow motion. As they got me to a room I passed out. The last thing I heard was Harry telling me to be strong and that he loved me. When I woke up Harry was in a chair next to my bed and holding my hand and he was crying and singing “Small Bump” by Ed Sheeran. He looked up at me as he felt my hand move. I didn’t even have to ask what I was thinking because Harry already knew. He nodded his head yes and I broke down crying again. Harry climbed into the bed next to me and pulled me into a hug and we cried together. The doctor came in and told me that I could go home. I could see the look of pity that she gave me. Harry helped me into the car and we drove home. When we got home Kayla ran to give me a hug but I just walked upstairs and saw that the sheets have been changed. I climbed into bed and ignored everything and everyone. “This was my fault!” I thought as I drifted off to sleep.
