She fainted and Liam rushed over to her.

"Still breathing" He said checking her chest.

Dang it, I said to myself.

"Come on, we gotta get her out of here before she wakes up" Elena said looking at me while she held Ashley's arm.

I groaned and took her other arm. We got her in Liam's car and drove to Elesmere Port as carrying her would be weird. On our way I made sure she stayed unconscious. When we arrived we dragged her to the moon pool and waited till she woke up.

"You tried to kill me!" She yelled when she saw me.

I just shrugged.

"Back off Ashley! You killed Jason" Elena yelled back at her.

I shivered at his name. I just couldn't get the picture out of my head. Elena noticed that I wasn't feeling well so she pushed Ashley into the moon pool.

"Leave! Now!" She yelled at her.

"Make me" Ashley said annoyed.

"Your wish is my command" Elena replied smiling as she started to boil the moon pool.

When it was hot enough Ashley screamed and quickly swam away.

"Thank you" I smiled weakly at her.

"Don't mention it" She smiled back and took me home.

I shut the door behind me and just sat in front of it. I pulled my knees to my chest and started crying.

"Alison?" It was Harry voice.

I didn't even reply.

"Baby" He said as he wrapped his arms around me.

That was what I needed. Louis apparently told him Jason somehow passed away. We just stayed there for a while then Louis suggested that I should get some sleep. Harry carried my upstairs and put me in bed.

"Please don't cry Alison" He said wiping the tears away from my cheeks.

"Don't leave me Harry" I said as I put my head on his chest.

"I won't I promise" He said kissing the top of my head.

I didn't know what to do because when you lose somebody the only thing you have left is a hole in your life where that somebody that you cared about used to be. I knew losing him would hurt me a lot after his car accident but not like this. 'Jason' I whispered before falling asleep.

I woke up crying at like 5 am, and Harry was awake too with Louis in my room.

"Morning sis, how are you feeling today?" Louis asked me nicely as Harry put his arms around me.

I just tried to smile and nodded. I really didn't want to go to school but I wasn't gonna sit at home crying for the rest of my life. I needed distractions so I convinced them that it was okay for me to go. We got ready and left after 2 hours and met up with the others. They all hugged me like I needed the sympathy and I held back the tears. Then me and Elena were walking towards our locker as we saw Ashley talking to Jesse. She took out a bottle out of her bag and opened it. She was about to pour it on her.

"No way" I said as I held the water in it's place so nothing happened.

"She was really gonna expose herself" Elena said in anger and I nodded.

"We gotta keep an eye on her" I added and we parted our ways to go to class.

Till the lunch break, Ashley tried to show Jesse that she was a mermaid for couple of times but me and Elena always prevented from it happening thanks to our powers. During lunch break we were raging so we found her and took her to a corner.

"Stop trying to expose yourself!" I said harshly holding her arm.

"Don't be jealous cause I look amazing when I'm one and you don't" She gave us a fake smile.

"Oh that's enough" I said as I was about to punch her but someone held my fist. "Liam!" I yelled at him.

"Let it go Ali, don't you see she's trying to get to you two. Don't let her." He said trying to calm us down.

"Whatever" I said and left school.

I was wondering what I could do but then I remembered I had a part time job that I could go to whenever I wanted to so I just took a cab there. During a class I saw that woman who warned me about the full moon and ran over to her.

"Hey, you're the lady who warned me about the full moon" I said as she smiled at me.

"Yes, and I hope you were careful Alison" She replied genuinely.

"How do you know my name?" I asked her confused.

"I know what you are Alison, but just know that the sea can be tricky. Whatever you do don't go to Elesmere today when the moon is up. Or you'll lose everything" She said as she got up and left.

What the hell was that all about? I said to myself. I was damn sure she knew about mermaids and us but how? Anyways I called Elena to tell her about this and she suggested we take Ashley there to get rid of her for good. I agreed and I texted Ashley saying she should meet me at the moon pool to see who really was the better mermaid cause I knew she wouldn't resist that.

"Okay so I'll come after her and hide. Then we'll go according to the plan" Elena said as we stood by the lake.

I nodded and swam there quickly to make sure I was there before the moon was on top of the moon pool. After a couple of minutes Ashley came. Elena started boiling the pool slowly so it seemed like there was a full moon on top of us. Then I pushed myself out with water and Elena made sure she couldn't move by turning the water around her into jelly.

"Now!" I yelled at Elena so she swam away quickly and the moon was on top of the pool.

We didn't know if it was gonna work but then I saw Ashley's tail disappear. She was a human again.

"What did you do to me?" She said as she got out of the water.

"Got back what's ours and oh nice legs" I said as I jumped in the water and swam away to find Elena.

She was staying at my place so we met up in front of my door plus I needed back up from the upset Louis and Harry inside. We quickly got in my room and turned on the TV to ignore them but after a while we had this urge to go to the moon pool. We didn't know why but we didn't resist and decided to go. Just as we were about to enter the moon pool we saw a tail. A purple tail. A mermaid?! I said confused in my head. Elena looked at me confused like me. It was impossible for someone to turn because we would have known. We waited outside the cave for a while then decided we should go in and see who it was.

"She's sleeping?" Elena said confused as we recognized she had put her head on a rock.

"That's weird. Plus I've never seen this girl before" I said confused.

"Let's get her out" I whispered and slowly put her on the sand with my powers making sure she'd stay asleep.

"I'll dry her" Elena said as she started drying her but nothing happened.

She was trying her best but she didn't change. Then I saw her stir so I quickly put her back in the water. She was really gorgeous, she looked different.

"Need to save the moon pool" She said in her sleep.

We just looked at her confused and she woke up...
