My head ached a lot when I was opening my eyes slowly. I looked around, Elena and Ashley were tied on a chair like me and we all had this black coat on us.

"Where are we?" I asked Elena, not bothering about Ashley.

"They got us" She said shutting her eyes for a moment, obviously it hurt her more than it hurt me.

I tried to bend the water in the air with my hands tied behind me but it didn't work.

"Come on water work with me" I whispered to myself.

"Your magic doesn't work here. The council wanted to finish you. You see the circle around you? That's science stopping you from doing bad things and weakening you" A guy said coming out of the darkness.

Elena looked really pale and Ashley looked at me terrified. I needed to figure our way out of this.

"Finish them" He said as he left and Jason came towards us with another guy with him.

As the other guy turned around to grab something, Jason quietly said he was sorry. A tear strolled down my face and I felt power. I looked at the ground and the other guy accidentally disconnected the circle but he had no idea. I waited for the right moment to do my best with my hands tied together and collapsed them to the ground.

"Elena, now!" I yelled as she started burning the ropes.

It hurt like hell, but we knew we needed to get out as fast as we could. Right as we were running out of the cabin, Jason and his hunter friend got up too.

"To the lake!" I yelled as I ran towards it.

"Don't let them touch water" I heard someone yell as I collapsed.

For some reason I couldn't do magic. I struggled but it didn't work. I was looking around for help as I saw Elena tackled by another guy too. Then I saw Ashley still running towards the lake with Jason behind her. He was about to tackle her as she jumped in but she pulled him inside with her. They were gone. He couldn't have stayed down for too long. I was panicking and I could see the guy holding me was panicking too. He let go of me and ran to the lake. So did the other guy.

"Jason!" They started yelling.

Elena was about to attack them but I held her hand.

"I don't have a good feeling about his Elena" I said gulping.

After a couple of minutes I saw Jason's head and sighed. I smiled and turned around but then Elena held my arm.

"Alison" She said slowly.

I turned around and saw the worst thing imaginable. The two hunters were dragging him out of the lake.

"No!" I yelled as Elena held me stronger.

I had tears streaming down my face. His friends were trying to revive him but it didn't seem like it was worth it. Then I saw one of them close his eyes.

"Come on" Elena said as she pulled me away.

"Jason" I whispered as I continued sobbing...

I just couldn't believe it. He really died yesterday. Today was Monday and I was at Elena's house. She practically made sure I was sane and didn't do anything stupid. She told Louis everything too and he was coming round to see me. I felt like it was impossible to cry anymore, I felt sick.

"Alison, don't do this to yourself. You haven't moved since we got in yesterday" Elena said sitting next to me.

I couldn't talk. I felt like I was suffocating. Then the knock on the door saved me from talking.

"Alison..." Louis said running towards me.

I just hugged him and cried even harder. He held my hand and shhed me like he used to.

"I'm really sorry baby sis, you shouldn't have witnessed that" He said rubbing my back.

"He didn't deserve to die" I said between cries.

"I know no one does. But it wasn't your fault" He said as it hit me.

I broke our hug. He was right, it wasn't my fault. It was Ashley's.

"Ashley" I said as I stormed out of the house ignoring Louis and Elena.

I started running towards Ashley's house and when I got there I broke a window to get inside.

"What the-" She was saying as I started to choke her with my powers.

"You should've died instead of him" I said as I could see the life slowly leaving her body.

I felt the power, the darkness, the sorrow. But the worst part was I liked it.

"Alison!" Liam yelled at me as he saw Ashley on the floor.

"Please stop" Elena said holding my arm.

I wasn't listening. Then I felt the blood inside her slowing down.
