Chapter 33
SKY's POV
After my major melt down Harry and I fell asleep together. After what felt like 10 mins, which was really two hours, I got a phone call.
"Hello?" I answer.
"Sky, this is Detective Julie. We have Chris in custody. Do you mind coming down to the station for one last review on your statement?"
"Umm... Ya sure. Harry and I will be there in an hour, thanks Julie." I Han up the phone and snuggle into Harry's body.
He groans.
"Wake up cutie. Julie want us to go to the station," I say playing with his curls.
"No... She said she wants YOU to go. She didnt say anything about me," he moans.
"Please come with me?" I beg him.
He kisses my nose, "Fine..."

Our Lawyer calls Harry up to the stand. I turn around to see the boys sitting right there. They all give me a pouty lip.
"Harry... Do you know what happened to Sky?" That was the first question.
"Um. Kind of. I didnt see anything actually happen but I heard all about it," Harry answers.
"Where did you hear it from?"
"My... My-umm- girlfriend, Sky," he points to me.
"What did she tell you exactly?"
"Chris drugged her, kidnapped her, and raped her," he says flatly.
"Thank you no further questions," our lawyer says.
Chris' lawyer stands up and takes a folder with him.
"Harry. What is your relationship with my client, Christopher Harrington?"
"There is no relationship. I dont know the guy," Harry says. Which is basically true, Harry and Chris only met once and that was when Chris and I were dating.
"So how do you know that Christopher actually committed those crimes?"
"Because he's a violent guy. He lies as well and is very manipulative," Harry answers.
"You said you dont know him?"
"I dont. He used to date Sky and he cheated on her and Denied it when we all knew the truth. I dont know Chris on a personal level but I've heard about his violence and I'm well aware of his lying," Harry snaps.
"Did you actually see Christopher preform any acts of violence?" The defense attorney asks.
"Well.. No, but-"
"No further Questions," the man says.
"Harry you may step down," the judge says. Harry walks over to his seat next to Zayn.
"The defence would like to call Sky Edwards to the stand," Chris' lawyer says.
I walk over to the stand and take the oath.
"Sky, what is your medical condition currently?" He asks.
"I'm currently pregnant," I say.
"Is the father Chris?"
"No, it's Harry," I say.
"How far along are you?"
"About 2-3 months?"
"You're not sure of your pregnancy duration?" He asks.
"Well with everything that happened to me, I haven't been so go caused on how long it's been," I snap.
"What did happen Miss Edwards?"
"I was at Jasmine Harrington's Sweet 16. Around 10 pm, I got a call from a friend. I decided to go outsider cause te conversation was getting heated. After we ended the call I stayed out there to think for a while. I saw someone walking towards me and I thought it was Harry so I didnt move. I realized it wasnt Harry when the person didnt respod to my yells," I say pausing for a second.
"So it's 10pm and it's dark outside. You cant see a thing, correct?"
"Correct, but-" I start.
"So how do you know that figure was Christopher?" He asks.
"I wasnt done telling what happened," I snapped.
"Well then continue," the judge snaps.
"I started getting scared so I took a closer look before I went back to the building. I saw Chris, he was drunk and mad. Why? He's the only one that can tell you," I say. "After ai realized he was coming for me I tried to get back in the building quickly. Before I knew it he had his arms around my neck an he was holding a rag to my face. And I passed out," I finish.
"So you think my client is the one that drugged you? How do you know it was actually him. You said it yourself it was dark out there. He's a pretty general young man. Caucasian, brunette, brown eyes, flip hair. Pretty common in our society now and days. How do you know it was Chris?" He asks.
My blood starts to boil.
"Because he steppe into the light and I saw him!" I yell.
"Well then in that case let's pretend he did drug you. You passed out right? Where did you wake up?"
"In his bed... Naked!" I yell.
"How did you get there?" He asks.
"How the hell am I supposed to know?!?"
"Language Miss Edawrds," the judge warns me.
"Have you and Christopher ever had sexual intercourse?"
"I object! Your honor tht question is irrelevant!" My lawyer yells.
"I agree, get to the point," the judge raises his eyebrow.
"You wanted sex from Chris. When you offered a relationship he rejected you so you ran off and called the police and filed a rape," he states.
"Objection your honor!" My lawyer slams his hand on the desk.
You hear lots of whispers and mumbling.
"Order! Order in the court!" The judge yells.
I sit there frozen.

I've never been a fan of fanfiction myself, however, I was quite curious as to what fans write about their beloved boy band. I have to admit I find some of these stories to be amusing. I am a writer. It almost inspires me to write a fanfic. Then, I realize how much of a waste of time it is. That is for me. For you however, I believe you have a talent. I have to admit, as revolting as it is you really give me a clear image of the sex scenes. I would have to agree with the pizza girl. Your sex scenes aren't very realistic. I do realize that you probably won't see this. I suppose I am a bit mad to waste my time on a paragraph that you probably will never see. Still, I like to get my opinion out there. I have hopes, that one day, you will look back on this story, and see my comment. I believe that you have a talent. The plot is of something out of a novela. I would hate for you to waste such skills. You should consider writing to be a career path for you. It's a great passion, to create a whole world, that belongs to you. Anything you want to happen, will. I certainly hope that you do something with it. I can feel the passion in your words.
