Samantha's POV:

I gripped the armrest tightly as the plane took off. It turned out that we were going to Hawaii! I couldn't wait, but I really didn't enjoy plane rides much.

"Relax, Sammie," Louis smirked at me, rolling his eyes.

"You're pretty tense, too," I pointed out, giggling. Why was I so happy around him? I didn't know why, but I guessed I liked being this way. It's like I found myself again.

"Good point."

I shifted in the first class seat. I hesitated, knowing what I was going to say. And I wasn't sure if Louis would like it. "Lou," I started, biting my lip. "I think I remember everything."

"What? Really?" And his face lit up, his smile so bright. And the one clear thing on his face was... hope.

"Um, I think," I said, "But I feel like I'm missing something..."

"Austin?" Louis asked, and my eyes widened.

"Who's he?" I questioned eagerly. He might be the reason why I felt like I was missing something.

"Um, your friend," Louis said but it sounded more like a question. "He's unimportant though." I nodded, just letting it slide. Hey, if Lou says it's unimportant, then it's unimportant.

"So I remember our relationship..." I trailed off, not knowing what to say. "What does it make us?"

His blue eyes stared back at me. "Whatever you want us to be," he shrugged, and I could literally feel smoke coming out of my ears because of anger. Why did I have to choose? I just wanted to kick something out of frustration.

"Ow," Lou whined, rubbing his shin. Oops.

"Oh, sorry," I apologized, biting my lip again.

"It's fine." He pressed his leg against mine, and tingles went up my thigh. I had the urge to remind him that I had a boyfriend, but I pushed it away. After all, Lou was my 'boyfriend'.

Resting my head on Lou's shoulder, I let sleep overcome me.

"We're here!" I felt someone shake my shoulders, and on instinct, I slapped him. "Ow," Lou said for the second time.

"Whoops. He took my hand and led me out of the plane.

"I can't believe it! You rented a beach house with our own private beach?!" I was shocked. I couldn't beloved that Louis would do this much for his partner.

"Yup," he said, popping the 'p'.

"Thank you!" I hugged him, and he looked a bit surprised, but then just grinned.

"You're lucky I packed some bikinis."

"Than- wait, what?" I placed my hands on my hips and faced him. "A bikini? You should know that I don't like showing off my body--"

Louis had the fucking nerve to laugh.

"Fine, whatever," I grumbled, stomping to the beach house.

I jumped on the bed. "It's so soft!" I giggled, hugging a pillow. Louis glanced at me suddenly, a devious smile creeping up his face. "Oh, no," I groaned.

"You know what this means," Louis smirked. "PILLOW FIGHT!" He threw a pillow at me.

"Oh no you didn't!" I shouted and tackled him, shoving my pillow in his face. "Ew, now you got your drool on my pillow."

"That's what you get," Lou teased, and I suddenly realized how hot he looked with his tousled hair and sparkling blue eyes. And then the wind got knocked out of me. Louis.

"Hey!" I yelled, and we swatted our pillows together. "No fair, you're bigger."

"Did you just call me big?" He raised his eyebrow. Here is the sassmasta of Doncaster. He is so sassy that I can't understand how anyone can live with him. He smacked the pillow on my head, and I was falling off the bed when--

"Gotcha!" Lou said triumphantly, holding my arm. He pulled me up, and I noticed how close we were, his breath tickling my skin. And he closed the gap between us, kissing me roughly.

"Louis!" I shouted, shoving him away from me. "I have a boyfriend!" And I doubted I could ever push him away from me if he wasn't just sitting there, shocked at what he had done.

"I'm sorry," he whispered, and left the room. Leaving me wondering what the hell had happened.
