With not much else to do, I grabbed my laptop and sat on the bed. It was time to do a little bit of research in the time before the interview started. I laughed when I opened the laptop - my wallpaper was a picture of Niall and I making a goofy face at the camera. I opened a web browser and checked the website of the radio station they were doing they interview with, and sure enough - "ONE DIRECTION LIVE INTERVIEW - 1PM!" was at the top of the screen. I had about an hour before it started.

I bit my lip, staring at the search bar nervously. Did I really wanna type in Niall and I's names? I didn't know if we were "public" or not, although me being on tour was an indication that we probably were. Out of the corner of my eye I noticed "Twitter" in my favorites and I wondered nervously what sort of things I might find on there if we were public. With a heavy sigh, I typed in "Niall Horan girlfriend." into Google and clicked enter.

Pictures of Niall and I at the top of the page under the words "Images for Niall Horan girlfriend" gave me the answer - we were definitely public. In the actual search were various articles confirming our relationship, along with dozens of yahoo answer results from various Directioners asking "Does Niall have a girlfriend?", "What's Niall's girlfriends name?" and other variations.

I clicked on the images tab, and I smiled as pictures of Niall and I popped up. There weren't that many - seeing as we did have a bit of a long distance relationship. But there were a few cute ones from his twitter that we had taken together and a plenty of photos that paparazzi had snapped. We looked cute, I had to admit, and completely at ease around each other. A far cry from my behavior this morning.

"Well, might as well see the damage..." I muttered, typing in the url to twitter. First, I was going to check my own feed to see if anything triggered memories - the mentions could definitely wait.

"Wow..." I murmered, sitting back in my seat. We really were the very typical 'cutesy' couple Louis and Harry described us as. I checked Niall's twitter to see what he had been saying.

A flurry of emotions ran through me from reading our tweets, love and sadness mixed together creating a mixture that threatened to bring about tears.

Now the question was did I want to check my mentions? Of course there was bound to be hate, but hey, I was curious.

The good tweets definitely outnumbered the hatred, and that made me smile. Niall was always proud of Directioners and the fact so many of them tweeted their support and proved him right in his stance on Directioners being the best fans ever made me happy. I glanced at the clock, noting it was nearly time for the interview to start so I quickly clicked on the radio station tab and opened up the video. There was a box to submit questions and I stared at it for a few moments before typing in a quick question.

"hi Niall!!! can you tell us how you met your girlfriend Alice?? you guys are sooo cute!"

I felt a bit silly talking about us like that, but he had yet to tell me how we met and after reading our tweets - I was desperate to know.

"Hi everyone!" the DJ from the radio station said, as the live stream started, "Big treat for ya'll today - we've got ONE DIRECTION HERE!"

I grinned and clapped my hands as the camera panned over to the boys sitting behind microphones as they yelled their hellos. The DJ started off with the typical interview questions - things I already knew about the boys and I waited patiently until he announced they'd be reading fan questions.

"Alright, first question! This one comes from Anna! 'Hi Niall!! Can you tell us how you met your girlfriend Alice? You guys are so cute!' Good question, Anna! Niall, I heard Alice is actually on tour with you guys!"

Niall nodded, a smile lighting up his face, "Ya! Me and the lads are super stoked to have her with us."

"Tell 'em how you two met!" Louis said, "I swear it's his favorite story to tell."

"It's bloody ridiculous how he tells it though," Liam added, "He swears it's like straight out of a movie."

"Well, Niall?"

Niall cleared his throat and I leaned in to listen.

"It was back in January, and we had a bit of time off so I decided to go out and wander around London for a bit. I'm walking and I see this girl walking towards me, and she looks completely frozen even though she was bundled up. She was looking around, all lost like and that's what made her run right into me," Niall paused and I noticed he began to blush slightly, "When I helped her up, it was like everything just stopped the moment I looked at her. It was like I had seen her before, y'know? Even though I knew I didn't of course. But it was like, just lookin at her all bundled up like that, her cheeks red 'cuz of the cold, I felt like I was staring at the girl of my dreams."

"See what I mean?" Liam interrupted, "He's so bloody cheesy!"

"Shut up!" Niall said laughing slightly, "Anyway, I blurted out, 'Have we met before?' without thinking and she smiled and, said "Ye- wait no. No we haven't." Which confused me a bit."

"She's a bit loony." Harry said smirking, making me stick my tongue out at the screen.

"Anyway, I wasn't about to let her just walk off, and she looked so cold I asked her if she wanted to get a drink. So we went to Starbucks and when we got to the counter and the barista asked us for our order we both started saying our order at the same time."

"This is just bizarre." Zayn muttered laughing.

"Ya it is a bit, but it convinced me she really was the girl of my dreams. We both said at exactly the same time, "Large hot chocolate extra whipped cream and chocolate drizzle." I was a bit weirded out thinking she was an obsessive fan or something, and I started to ask "How did you know me favorite dr-" and she started to ask the same thing at the same time. It was like we were completely on the same wavelength despite only having met fifteen minutes ago!"

"Yeah! By the time Niall introduced us, they were already finishing each others sentences!" Louis said, "It was WEIRD."

I stared at the screen my mind wandering as Niall's words brought back forgotten memories.

"Okay, that was totally weird, eh?" Niall said with a laugh as we sat down with our identical drinks in hand, "I mean what are the chances? It's like straight outta a movie."

I smiled, "One in a million, I guess."

"She was in London for a few days after that and I spent every spare minute with her, and before she left, I asked her to be my girlfriend and well," Niall's voice snapped me back to the hotel room, "We've been together ever since. When I was on tour in Europe we skyped at every chance and now I'm just happy to have her on tour with us in person!"

It was hazy, but the memory of the cold and Niall's smiling face were there in the back of my mind. I remembered a snowball fight, the sound of Niall's guitar, and the feel of tears on my face as I hugged Niall goodbye at the airport.

My phone's text tone was brought me out of my reverie. I grabbed it, and checked my messages.

"Sis: Hey! Wanna skype? i miss you already T___T"

Yes! Jenny would definitely be able to fill in some gaps, or at least I hoped as I quickly typed out a reply.

"Me: YES!! omg jenny things are so weird (NOT BAD!!!) just.... i'll explain on skype!!"

I sent the message and quickly opened skype (leaving the interview open in the background as the boys went on to answer other fan questions) and waited for Jenny to sign in. I was sure Jenny would be able to help me figure things out.
