I think you've done a pretty good job interpreting Matt's Doctor's personality. There was one point that I thought you could've gone a bit further:
"Don't worry; I'll answer all your questions later. Well, not all; but a decent amount of them" - I was kind of expecting you to follow that up with "Well... maybe one or two" because that's totally the kind of thing he says :P.
But it was pretty good on the whole.

Oh, and I too am very glad you italicised spoilers ;)
