I stare into darkness, pretending I was asleep. I hear Maria shuffle around, and leave the room. Then I hear the beating of small rocks on my window. I grab my bag, and walk out of the room.

"Long time no see." He smirks. I rush over to him, pressing my lips to his.

"I've missed that." I say, playing with his hair.

"Come on, before we get caught." He holds the keys. "Here you drive."

"Why can't you?" I ask, grabbing the keys. He acts like he's holding a steering wheel, and twitches. "Good point." I nod, laughing at my stupid question.

"So, where you guys off to with Dr. Rainflower's car?" I hear a preppy male voice. I turn around to see black eyed Ashton. My eyes grow wide. Maria follow him.

"Ashton, leave them alone. Be nice." She smirks, playing with his curls.

"Okay, we have stuff to do that Teresa said it would be alright to do." I lie.

"Ha! Fucking lying pig!" Michael tics. Fuck. I close my eyes, cursing under my breath.

"Ooh! I wanna go!" Maria says, taking the keys from me. Michael sighs.

"Okay if you're going, pack up." I groan.

"If she's going, I'm going." Ashton says, following Maria.

They come out with packed bags.

"I'm driving. I actually have a ID and a license." Ashton gets behind the wheel, and Michael throws our bags in the trunk.

"Yea, It's smarter if you drive." I agree.

"You're just letting them come along?" Michael glares at me.

"We don't want them telling, do we?" I sigh, getting in the 2nd row, and I sit next to her. Maria sits in the very back, just for the hell of it. Before I know, we're on the road, and all start laughing.

"Guys! Look what I found!" Maria laughs, holding up a bag of weed, a lighter, and a bowl. My eyes widen. "Should we smoke it?" She grins.

"No way! It's Illegal where I come from." I say, shaking my head.

"Honey this is Cali, the biggest weed farms are here. It's super legal." She smirks. "We'll just smoke it without you. Oh, and it's Sour Diesel. The. Best.

"Pack it, and we'll pass it around. I'm having some of that shit." Ashton says.

"I'm in." Michael says, smirking at me.

"Fineee! I'll smoke some." I shoot Michael a glare. He giggles, causing me to laugh. Maria packs the bowl, and lights it, sucking it in.

"It tastes so good! My gosh! I think I just had in orgasm!" Maria yells, causing us all to laugh.

"Maria, don't be cheating on me with some weed!" Ashton giggles.

"Babe, I don't know... This weed is amazing!" She passes the bowl to me.

"Anal bleach!" Michael yells.

"That's the weirdest tic ever!" I laugh. He starts laughing to.

"'Anal bleach.'" I laugh out, lighting the bowl, sucking it in, and coughing.

"Damn.. That's strong..." I finally say, making the rest laugh.

"Everybody's sleeping..." Michael whispers to me. I look at him. "What do ya wanna do?" He asks, smirking.

"Fresh air." I whisper. We silently climb out of the van.

"Ashton's okay with going to New Orleans by the way. He said anywhere but this shit hole. Maria's in it for the weed now, and I'm in it for you. He kisses my neck, sucking on it a little bit.

"Michael, not here, not now..." I gently push him off.

"I understand..." He looks down, rubbing his neck. "Fucking sluts like big dick. Ya little cunt!" He curses. I reach up and kiss his cheek. "Ew, gross, kiss!" He yells, wiping his cheek. I giggle.


"Let's get some sleep. It's a long drive to Louisiana." I smile, as we walk back to the van.

"Wait, Madisyn. Why?" He asks. I furrow my eyebrows in confusion. "My brain is broken, and you don't have to have suicidal thoughts... I have to live this way..."
