Angel;Devil;Two People;One Appearance
Happy Halloween
The next day is Halloween and we plan on going to Gemma & Mark's party. During breakfast the girls come and drop off their coustumes in my room before joining us at the table. After the girls show up Lisa joins us and Ava and I (mostly me) end up taking more pictures.
Besides taking pictures it's kind of a lazy day for the family. Gemma's party starts at 9 p.m. and it's only 3 p.m. But around 6 p.m. little kids are already out and about, trick-or-treating. Harry and I end up on Candy Duty but half an hour before 9 Ava and Aria switch us out so we have time to change into our costumes. After changing the girls leave with Harry and the boys because Lisa wants Chase and I to stay behind a little longer for pictures. "P.s. I'm going to the party for more pictures." Lisa mentions as Chase and I start heading outside. Lisa gets into her car and follows us to Gemma and Mark's place and I have to admit, it looks the same (besides all the Halloween decrations and Wedding photos) from the last time I was here. "Colette! Before you go in, can you please?" Lisa says, holding up her camera. I nod and pose for a few pictures.
After a few pictures Lisa goes in before us and waits by the door. "Natural Born Model." Chase whispers when I go back to stand by him. Finally we make our entrance and Lisa snaps pictures.
We look around and the first person i see, that I know, is Mark. He's sitting in the corner talking with a few people. When he sees me he smiles.
I quickly return his smile and then continue walking with Chase, searching for the girls. We find them towards the front of the self-built stage, dancing. Adam Lambert is performing.
After he finishes a song he was allowed to take a break. The girls waste no time in taking pictures with him. Mostly Aria.
Thankfully Lisa is around to take the pictures. After a few pictures with Adam, Lisa takes pictures of all of us.
After a few pictures I'm tired of standing and go off to find me a drink. I find soda on a table. After a few seconds of being alone at the table Mark joins me. "So how are you?" He asks and I shrug. "Good. And you?" I ask and he looks tired. "Same. You like the party?" He asks and I nod. "Hey so I saw Lisa, so you're really going through with this whole wedding thing? Be careful, the way you're messing with him might make you fall for him. Then the joke would be on you and not me." Mark says and I look at him stupidly. "I love Chase." I say and Mark laughs. "Come on we both know you're only with Chase because I married your sister. But don't worry okay? I love you. I do. If I could have a do-over I would." Mark says and for a second, I believe him. Mark loves me. I simply nod then walk away. It's gotten really hot and now all I want is to splash cold water on my face. I walk into a hallway and start looking for a bathroom. When I finally find one the bathroom door opens and a person wearing a mask pops out. They look at me and I just walk past them and go into the bathroom. After splashing my face I walk out and the person in the mask is still there. "Excuse me." I say and try walking past the person but end up in a death hug. The person has their arms around me. One of their arms come up and cover my mouth when I try to scream.
Suddenly my eyes are covered and I'm dragged somewhere. Then after a few seconds of standing still I'm forced onto my knees, and shoved into a tight space. The blind fold is taken and I'm in a cage...Seriously.
I try screaming but nobody hears me. I try unlocking the cage but someone puts a lock on it. After a few minutes someone comes in with a shot. "Awe Nicolette! Sweet heart, I thought I made it clear, Tell people the truth and you'll get it! Just like Colette, you don't listen. Don't worry it's painless." The girl that gives me the shot whispers in my ear before pushing the needle into my arm. A few minutes later my body is burning and my head hurts. Finally the pain ends and I'm dead asleep.
"Colette wake up!" Chase screams at me. I slowly open my eyes and I'm laying in Chase's arms. Gemma, Harry, Louis, Zayn, Niall, Liam, Aria, Ali and Ava are standing around me. There's an ambulance and 3 police cars. They're looking down on me and Chase rises before walking with me into the ambulance. I'm laid done on the stretcher and Chase stays by my side. "W-what h-happened?" I ask him and my voice is so raspy It scares me. "Shhh the doctor said you shouldn't be talking. Someone got to you. Hurt you. Kicked you in the throat, the head and other body parts. You were pushed around and kicked onto the floor. He didn't even try to save you. But he saw the whole thing.." Chase says. "W-who?" I look at Chase and my vision starts to blur. I'm tired. "Mark." Chase says and I shake my head. "N-no. H-he Loves m-me." I say.
Chase laughs. "Okay whatever but shhh sweetheart you have to stop talking. When you're better we'll talk about this." Chase says giving me a kiss on the forehead which sends so much pain through my body. It hurt so bad I passed out.
