CALLIE'S POINT OF VIEW

This day was absolute HELL. I did everything in my power to ignore everything little hot thing Calum did, and I must say, I am very proud.

I laugh, "Loser."

"No, seriously." Calum laughs too, as we walk down to the park where everyone else is. I just roll my eyes and mumble okay.

"So... How's Sara?"

He laughs, "You live with her."

"Right, right." I nod. "You know. When you said it didn't have to mean anything-"

"Because it doesn't." He adds.

"Calum." I look at him, "It obviously means something." He doesn't say anything for a few seconds.

"I... Love Sara." He says.

"I know."

"And I do not want to do something that'll fuck it up with her." Yet you had no problem breaking up with ME.

"I know, and I don't want to do something that'll fuck anything up with Luke." I shrug. Something flickers in his eyes, and he nods.

"So we agree then. Whatever that something was, isn't there anymore."

I nod, "Yeah."

When we get to our little spot by the river, everyone is already there. Morgan and Michael are fighting over a piece of pizza, while Jess and Ashton are engaged in a full on make out near them. Luke is sitting across them, tuning his guitar.

Sara sees us, and immediately smiles. It's not a normal one though. It's like she thinks something happened. "Hey." She says sweetly to Calum, giving him a soft kiss.

"Hi." He says, smiling at that gesture. I mentally roll my eyes, and walk over to Luke.

"Sup." I plop down next to him.

"Hey babe." He grins, and goes back to tuning the guitar. Calum would've kissed me. Oh my god, Callie, STOP!

"Give me the fucking pizza!" Morgan yells at Michael. He just holds it above his head, and smiles at her. I want that. Okay, maybe not the weird open relationship they have, but I want a guy to look at me like that again. Mike's looking at her like he just realized she's the love of his life. Calum used to look at me like that.

"No." He smiles widely, obviously trying to keep in his laughing.

"You are fucking Satan." She glares. He just smiles more at her. "Oh- My god!" She yells, reaching for it again. This time he starts laughing. "Fuck you Clifford." She says, climbing on top of his lap. She kneels to try and get it, but he just holds it higher. She screams, and we all laugh. Well, besides Jess and Ash.

I look at Luke. He isn't my rebound, right? No. No way. Fuck! See!? This is what I get for listening to Calum! I can do whatever the fuck I please with him, and CALUM won't tell me otherwise. Ugh. I look over at him, only to see him softly kisses Sara. I bite my lip, and look at the ground. Something switches in my brain, and I look at Luke. "Can I talk to you for a second?" I ask, glancing at Calum.

"Sure." He shrugs.

CALUM'S POINT OF VIEW

I heard Callie say something to Luke, and then they left, into the woods. They wouldn't seriously have sex in the WOODS, right? Well. I mean, it IS Callie. She does whatever the fuck she wants to whenever the fuck she wants to.

MICHAEL'S POINT OF VIEW

"Michael, just give me the god damn pizza." She whispers in my ear. I let out a small 'ha', and that really sets her over the edge. She grabs my arm, and tries pulling it down, but I don't budge. She's seriously hot on so many levels. "Please give me the pizza." She cross her arms. I shake my head no. "Michael! You cannot just take the entire pizza box and think I'll be cool with that!" She laughs, and reaches for it again. When she finally gives up, she whispers in my ear, "I will do anything to get that pizza from you."

See, but I don't want sex from her this time. I've been thinking about what it would even be like if we were actually a thing.

"Okay." I shrug.

"So what do you want for it?" She asks, assuming she'll have to do something sexual for it.

"A date." Her eyes widen.

MORGAN'S POINT OF VIEW

I literally thought I'd never hear those words come out of his mouth.

"W-What?" Everyone is looking at us. Even Jess and Ashton.

"I want to take you on a date." He repeats, a grin plastered on his face.

"... O-Okay." I'm stunned.

"Here's your pizza." He says, smiling. He gives me the box, and I get off of his lap and sit next to him. What the literal fuck? I just stare at the box in front of me.

ASHTON'S POINT OF VIEW

What the hell?! Oh my god! Oh my GOD! Mike asked her out! Yes! Oh, if he fucks this up I'm killing him. Jess goes back to kisses me.

CALUM'S POINT OF VIEW

After about ten minutes, I start getting squirmy. "What happened to Callie? Oh, and Luke?" I ask. Jess immediately looks at me like I did something wrong.

"They just left." Sara shrugs.

"Yeah, but what are they doing?" I ask.

"Each other." Michael mumbles, and Morgan starts laughing.

"That's not funny." I say seriously. What if me saying all of that stuff set her over the edge? What if she's ACTUALLY doing Luke right now?! Me telling her not to WOULD make her want to. Oh, Calum, you idiot!

"Chill." Morgan rolls her eyes, "I'm sure they're fine."

"Yeah babe, it was just a joke." Sara rubs my back, but I keep my eyes on the woods.

After another thirty minutes, they come back. Callie's picking a leaf out of her hair, not looking at any of us, but we're all looking at her.

"What?" She asks.

"Yeah uh, Callie can I talk to you." I glare. She shrugs, and we walk in the other direction.

"What's up?" She asks.

"Did you have sex with him?" I ask.

CALLIE'S POINT OF VIEW

"Why do you care?" I raise an eyebrow.

"You know why." He says seriously.

"Calum," I sigh. "I thought we agreed the something was now a nothing?"

"We did, we did. As your best friend, did you just sleep with Luke in the woods." It sounds like a joke when he says it, but he's dead serious.

"Uh. No." That's technically true.

"Oral?"

I laugh, "Calum, what the fuck? You can't just ask something that." I roll my eyes.

"You've asked me far worse, now come on. Spill." He's right, though.

I roll my eyes. It's so embarrassing though. "Uh. Okay. Well. As my friend, you're asking me this, right?"

"Yes."

"You won't tell anyone?"

"I will not tell anyone."

I shut my eyes for a second, "We.. Tried."

"Tried?"

"Yeah. I couldn't really do it." I cross my arms.

"Because of...?" He asks. You.

"Uh, I dunno."

"Oh. That stinks."

"Imagine how Luke feels." I laugh, "Yeah but no, you were probably right. He just isn't my.. Type. I guess."

"Are you going to break up with him?" Calum asks. I shrug. "D-Don't."

CALUM'S POINT OF VIEW

I cannot believe I just said that to her.

"Why not?" She asks, intrigued with my change of heart.

"He just. I don't think he's going to dump you for another girl." I say. She looks at me, hurt from the past spreading in her eyes.

"Calum... I-It's okay. That you broke up with me..."

"No, it's not. I'm a douche, and I shouldn't have just done it like that."

"It doesn't matter." She looks at the ground.

"Yeah it does. You know it does."

"Well... Maybe. But I'm over it."

"But what if you couldn't do it because of me?" I ask, completely worried.

CALLIE'S POINT OF VIEW

It's not a 'what if' it's for sure. I couldn't go all the way, because of you.

I just shrug and smile. His eyes are saying way more than he is.

"I'm really, really sorry." He says. Don't do anything you'll regret, Callie. He's your foster sister's boyfriend.

"It's.. Okay." I smile. No it's not. It's been more than a year and I'm still breaking about it. My phone bings, and I check it.

Ernie: u got any more meth?
Me: Yeah I can meet you tomorrow at 4.
Ernie: cool beans, thx.

"Who's that?" Calum asks.

"Just Ernie." I shrug, putting my phone back in my pocket.

"Oh." He looks at my lips for a second or two.

Knowing something is going to happen if I don't break it off, "So we should probably get back." I say quickly. He looks back up at my eyes and nods.

* That night, in Callie & Sara's room, in the dark *

"Callie." Sara whispers. I hum, "Are you awake?"

"Am now." I mumble.

"Do you want to know... What happened with my parents?" She asks. I sit up a little.

"Sure."

"Well they." She takes a deep breath, "Everything was fine, until I was six.." I psuh my eyebrows together. "We used to be so happy. We were a pretty normal family. Everything was fine. But then my dad got a call.. He said that a music producer wanted to give him a record deal, but in New York." Sounds fine so far. "But he said no kids." Oh. Jesus. "So they snuck out while I was sleeping I guess. My uncle found me a few days later, since I didn't know how to work a phone." I can hear the tears in her voice.

"Jesus." I breathe, "I'm so sorry."

"It's okay I guess." Lie. I'm about to fall back asleep when. "Callie?"

"Yeah."

"Can I sleep with you tonight?"

"Yeah." She crawls in next to me, and all I can think about is Calum. How can I even call myself friends with her, when I'm head over heels in love with her boyfriend?

CALUM'S POINT OF VIEW

I lye in my room, just going through the videos on my phone.

"And here kids," Ashton says, holding my phone, "we have a very rare moment, where Calum and Callie are publicly being soft with each other." He giggles, and the camera moves to her and I hugging.

"I love you so much." I mumble.

"I love you t-"

I stop the video, and set my phone down.

It's two in the morning. I should be thinking about Sara or something.. Nope. I'm thinking about Callie.
