Lucy's P.O.V

''How's tour treating you?'' I asked Tess over a skype call. She had left a few days before the boys since you know, she's their assistant and all. ''Well, they sure drink a lot of coffee'' she laughed and started to twirl her hair ''but it's really fun, I just wish you were here'' she sighed. ''About that..'' I smirked ''what is that face? Lucy is there something you're not telling me?'' her eyes widened. ''Well ya homegirl here got herself some time off and I'll be able to fly out for Harry's birthday'' I said excited. Tess let out a shriek ''no way? this is the best news ever'' ''I know, but you can't say a word to anyone, I've only spoken to Paul he's fixing my plane tickets and everything''. I haven't seen them in two weeks and this weekend I finally get to see my boyfriend. God I miss him. ''I won't tell a soul, bible'' she said and crossed her heart. ''But if you're coming to his birthday that means you get to see them in Madison Square Garden in New York'' as excited she was getting she started to jump in her seat. ''Oh, my god. You're joking right?'' I squealed. This couldn't get any better. Now Thursday morning needs to hurry up, this girl is going to America.

After the longest plain ride of my life we finally landed at JFK in New York. One of the guys bodyguards were going to pick me up and take me to the hotel. The only one's who knew I was coming were Tess and Paul, but they were going to tell the rest of the boys, leaving Harry clueless. Before I walked out of the airport with the bodyguard I put on a hat and sunglasses.
When I got to my hotel room I decided it was time to call Harry, it was his birthday after all and I didn't want him to think that I forgot. I had decided with Paul that at tonight's concert the boys would start singing happy birthday to Harry and I would go out on stage with a cake. I was kind of nervous, being on stage wasn't really my thing. And Madison Square Garden isn't really a small place either. I took up my phone and facetimed Harry. ''Hi'' Harry's face was shining on my screen ''happy birthdaaaay'' I yelled as a smile spread across his face. ''Thanks Luce'' ''so are you excited for tonight? MSG is big, babe'' I smiled. ''Yeah, I'm stoked. It would have been better if you were here though'' he said and his face instantly dropped. I was so close to telling him but stopped myself ''I know, I wish I could be there. I'm sorry'' I said and made a sad face. ''It is what is, I'm really glad you called babe but I have rehearsals now. I love you, bye'' and his face disappeared from the screen. I know him too well that it was just a cover up, he didn't want me to see that he was upset I wasn't going to be there. If he only knew.

I decided to let my natural hair hang free and added a natural makeup look before putting on black skinny jeans and a white top with my leather jacket over. A car waited for me outside the hotel to take me to MSG. It was almost 7pm when I arrived. I was hiding backstage when One Direction went on stage and Tess suddenly showed up. ''You're here'' she yelled and attacked me with a hug ''be quiet we don't want anyone to hear you'' I laughed as I hugged her back. ''They are on stage, they won't hear us'' Tess stated as she let me go. It all seemed so professional back here, everyone had a task and worked hard.
Half of the concert had went by when Paul came up to me with the cake I was going to give Harry. I suddenly felt dizzy ''you can do it, babe. Just breathe'' Tess said as if she knew exactly what I was feeling. I nodded, took a few deep breaths and followed Paul to the side of the stage. I saw them but nobody was able to see me from where I stood. ''Now it seems we have a birthday boy in the house tonight, Mr Harold Styles'' Liam said and the crowd screamed louder. ''What do you say, New York? Shall we sing for him?'' Louis continued and the crowd screamed. ''Okay one two three'' Zayn counted and the whole arena started to sing happy birthday to Harry. He was standing there, perfect as always, with a huge grin on his face. ''Oh and we have a surprise to you'' Niall said when the song finished. ''That's your cue, Lucy. Go'' Paul said and pushed me lightly. The moment I entered the stage the crowd screamed even louder than I could imagine were possible, Harry was standing with his back to me thinking they cheered for him. It wasn't until the boys turned to me all smiling, Harry turned around giving me a shocked expression before a huge grin formed on his face. Niall walked over to me and grabbed the cake just as Harry ran up to me and lifted me up. ''You're here'' he yelled over the loud crowd as he put me down, I couldn't do anything other than smile. ''Happy birthday, baby'' I said and gave him a quick kiss, not really wanting to upset the fans but I took my chance. Liam was standing behind Harry acting weird, I looked at him and realized what he wanted me to do. I smiled as Niall gave me back the cake, just so I could throw it in Harry's face. And I did. And the crowd went wild. The boys all high fived me as we stood bursting out in laughs. Suddenly everything happened all at once, Harry took a piece of cake that was laying on the floor and shoved it in my face. And the cake war had started. I tried to run away from the boys, since I was their new target. When we finally had no more cake it was time for me to leave the stage. ''That was a nice surprise, wasn't it Harry? Thank you Lucy'' Liam said as I waved and walked of the stage.

''So there's no way we can get in to a club?'' Liam was talking on the phone to one of NY's club promoters. ''Oh we can come in, but not our girlfriends?'' he sounded annoyed. We were sitting in Harry's hotel room and we all wanted to go and celebrate Harry's birthday but since Louis were the only one who was 21 it seemed like clubbing was just not going to happen. ''It's okay, you guys can go out without Tess and I. I just want you to have fun on your birthday'' I smiled at Harry who shook his head. ''There's got to be something we can do'' Harry said and looked down on his phone ''oh I know'' he said and pressed 'call' on a number. Taylor Swift. Why the hell would he have Taylor Swift's number in his phone? I didn't even know the two of them have met. ''Hey Taylor it's Harry Styles'' he introduced himself and I hear her laughing ''I know silly, I have caller ID. So what's up? I heard you guys are in here in NY?'' she said and I thought she sounded bratty. ''We are actually, and I was just wondering if you could by any chance get us in to 1OAK tonight?'' he asked ''hm, I don't know. You guys aren't 21 right?'' ''no, we're not'' Harry sighed. ''Well I'm actually going there myself so I can just put you on the vip list with me, they won't check ID's'' she said and we all cheered. ''Thanks, Tay. Well we'll see you tonight then'' Harry hung up. Okay first of all, why is he calling her 'Tay'? How well do they know each other?

We had got our own little vip table and got served with drinks, this was not something Tess and I were used to. 1OAK was a little more of a classy club for celebrities, everyone got pissed drunk anyways but it was just a little classier environment than the usual night clubs. ''I'm so happy you're here'' Harry whispered in my ear and as he got more touchy touchy with me like this in public I realized how drunk he was. The boys were taking shot after shot but Tess and I stuck to sipping on our drinks once in a while. Since my boyfriend planned on getting smashed tonight I would be the one to take care of him later, and I didn't need to be too drunk for that. Harry pulled me closer to me giving me a sloppy kiss ''you know, I would really want to have sex with you right now'' he slurred in to my ear making me laugh ''oh really?'' he nodded ''well maybe if you're a good boy you might get some when we get back to the hotel'' I smirked, even though I knew he would probably drink until he drops tonight. ''Harry?'' an american accent yelled behind us making everyone turn around ''Tay-tay'' Harry said, clearly hammered, he stood up and hugged her. She said hello to the rest of the boys but didn't even look at Tess and I, how rude is this girl? ''You owe me a dance for getting you youngsters in here'' she said and grabbed his hand. Oh no, this bitch be trippin'. She's not dancing with my boyfriend. ''Actually, we're kind of celebrating my boyfriend's-'' I put my hand on Harry's chest claiming my territory ''birthday, he's just fine here'' I gave her a fake smile. She just laughed in my face ''oh honey, don't worry. If I wanted your boyfriend I would already have taken him'' she said and headed for the dance floor, taking Harry with her. ''Lucy, calm down. You don't want to make a scene'' Tess warned me and the boys looked at me worried. ''Did you guys just see that? This bitch just...arghh'' I didn't know what to say so I just made a angry noise. ''Don't worry, Harry and Taylor has always been just friends even before you two became a couple'' Niall said trying to calm me. ''Yeah you should chill, babe.Your face is turning red'' Liam said giving me a smile. I waved my hand in front of my face trying to make the redness go away. How dare she? And how can Harry go and dance with another girl? He would be pissed i I were to dance with another guy. ''Come on Lucy, you go out with Niall and dance with him all the time and Harry doesn't care'' Tess said as she had read my mind. I looked at Niall and he nodded agreeing. I guess they were right, but I still didn't like that girls attitude towards me. ''Come on Lucyloose, let's take some shots'' Niall put his arm around me trying to make me feel better. ''Fine'' I said smiling to everyone's relief . Deep down I still felt that it was kind of shady for Harry to walk of like that with another girl that I hadn't even met before. After two shots I just wanted to get some air ''I'll be right back'' I told my friends and walked out to the back of the club.

''Okay, Lucy. Breathe, just breathe'' I said as I crouched down to the ground. ''Are you okay?'' A voice behind me asked making me let out a shriek. ''Sorry I didn't mean to scare you'' the guy came closer and it hit me who he was. ''Oh, hi. Yeah I'm fine'' I said smiling towards Justin Bieber himself. Tess would freak out if she was here right now. ''Oh, aren't you Lucy? Harry Styles' girlfriend?'' he asked. Okay, wow, I could totally get used to celebrities knowing who I was, only if they didn't only know me for the guy I dated. ''I am, nice to meet you Justin'' I shook his hand. ''So tell me, why are you out here alone telling yourself to calm down?'' he asked and sipped on his beer. ''It's stupid, really'' I said looking down at the ground. ''Try me'' he smiled, god he is truly gorgeous. ''This girl is dancing with my very drunk boyfriend at the moment'' I shrugged ''oh, not cool'' I shook my head. We were quiet for a moment when I realized something. ''Hey, I think you and I have a mutual friend, Cara Delevingne?'' I said and he chuckled ''oh you know Cara? Funny girl, isn't she?'' I nodded. ''I think I'm gonna go back inside'' he nodded at the door ''yeah me too'' I said and we headed for the door. ''Okay this might be a little weird, but my friend will never believe that I met you. Could I possibly take a picture, please?'' I asked and felt like a nervous school girl. ''You british people are always so polite. Normally girls just throw up their phone snapping a picture. Of course we can take a picture'' Justin laughed as I took up my phone. I snapped the photo of us and then we walked our separate ways. I decided to be a dork and tweeted the photo, I guess I am a fan girl after all. ''Tess you can not believe who I just met'' I said as I sat down at our table. Everybody looked as if they had just seen a ghost ''what's going on?'' I laughed. ''Don't freak out-'' Tess said ''Taylor just kissed Harry'' Niall said, and my heart just sank.
