Lucy's P.O.V

''Maybe it's the way she walked (ow), straight into my heart and stole it. Through the doors and passed the guards, just like she already owned it'' I barely heard Harry over the loud crowd as One Direction performed on New Years eve at an event. This was the first time I had seen One Direction perform since the Xfactor and they looked so mature. Tess and I were front row dancing and singing to our boys. Even though Tess and Niall aren't dating yet they definitely have a thing for each other. ''And we danced all night to the best song ever we knew every line now I can't remember, how it goes but I know that I won't forget her, cause we danced all night to the best song ever'' I sang along while swinging my hips. Harry looked so sexy in his black suit and even Niall looked like a total babe in his suit.

The boys had just finished their gig and we were on our way to no other than Ed Sheeran's house, he was hosting tonight's New Years party and I couldn't be more excited. 5/5 of One Direction plus their girlfriends were sitting in the same car all squeezed in together. I was sitting in Harry's lap playing with his hair. ''Niall you looked so good on stage'' I said while looking at Harry who raised his eyebrow ''what about me? You know your boyfriend, the one you're sleeping with?'' I gasped ''Harry'' I pushed him as everyone laughed. ''Well I think you looked good'' Tess smirked as Niall gave her a look. We arrived to the party and I immediately got starstruck seeing a whole lot of celebrities. I hooked my arm in Tess' and I knew she was fan girling just as much as me. ''I can't breathe, that is fucking Ed Sheeran'' she whispered to me ''well obvi, this is his party'' I laughed as he walked up to us. ''Lucy, it's nice to see you again'' he said and gave me a hug ''nice to see you again too, this is Tess'' I smiled. ''Hiiiii'' Tess said with a huge grin on her face. Harry walked up behind us and started to talk with Ed so Tess and I excuse ourselves and headed for the bar. ''I need a drink if I'm going to see this much celebrities'' Tess stated and ordered a few shots. We drank our shots and danced out on the dance floor. Justin Bieber's new song Where are you know started playing and Tess and I screamed of joy. I don't know why but lately we both had taken interest in Justin's music, it was brilliant. We were swinging our hips to the beat when I felt someones hands on my hips, I turned around to tell the person to back off when I realized it was Harry. ''Oh, I didn't know it was you'' I said and wrapped my arms around him. My buzz was at the right level and we had so much fun. After a while Niall joined us and started to dance with Tess. Those two must have the most complicated relationship. Non of them is brave enough to say how they feel about each other, and now they're standing there, being 'just friends'. ''It's almost twelve, come on guys'' someone yelled and everyone made their way outside to Ed's huge yard. ''I'm scared, when the clock strikes twelve it's only two weeks before you leave'' I said, wrapping my arms around Harry. He hugged me tight ''it's gonna be alright, love'' he whispered and leaned in to kiss me but I pulled away ''hey, you need to wait until twelve'' I teased and he chuckled. Tess and Niall were just beside us discussing some new drink when the countdown suddenly started. ''Ten'' I smiled ''nine'' Harry held a steady grip on my waist ''five'' suddenly I felt butterflies in my stomach, like this was going to be our first kiss ''three'' Harry's eyes met mine ''two'' he leaned in ''one'' we said at the same time before pressing our lips together. ''Happy new year'' someone yelled and the fireworks started. Harry's tongue found mine as I hugged him tighter. This was how my first kiss should have been like. I guess I could only say I'm one lucky girl to be kissing this boy right now. As we released each others lips we both noticed Niall and Tess kissing. We immediately started cheering at them. Finally.

The rest of the party was a blurr. I only knew that the year that now had come to an end was one of my best years, because I fell in love with my best friend. And the year that was coming would be a good one too, with my new career and having Harry as mine. It felt like my life had finally got in to place and I couldn't feel happier.


Two weeks later

I squeezed Harry's hand hard as I sat with 5/5 of One Direction in the car to the airport. With my modeling and him being on tour we didn't know when we were going to be able to see each other again, to not know made me sick to my stomach. Eleanor and Perrie had said goodbye to the boys yesterday, I could understand that they didn't want to come to the airport. It must be easier to say goodbye at home and not actually see them leave, but now I'm sitting here and it's too late to changer my mind now. ''Penny for your thoughts?'' Harry said, giving me a kiss on the cheek. I just shook my head forcing a smile, I knew that I would start to cry if I tried to speak. And that was not something I wanted to do, knowing it would only make it harder for Harry to leave. As we walked out of the car we were swarmed by paparazzi's. Harry put his arm around me pushing me into his chest, trying to protect me from the flashes, and quickly walked in. ''This is as far as you can go, Lucy'' their road manager Paul said giving me a smile. I nodded and walked over to hug Zayn, Louis and Liam. When I got to Niall he lifted me up and spun me around ''I'm going to miss you Lucyloose'' he smirked ''I'm going to miss you too, Leprechaun'' I said giving him another hug. ''Stay away from the booze now that I can't come and get you'' I laughed ''yes dad''. When I turned to face Harry the boys walked away giving us some space. ''So..-'' I began ''this is it'' he continued. I nodded and took a deep breath. Please don't cry, please don't cry, please don't cry. ''I love you'' he said before wrapping his arms around me, hugging me tight. I put my arms around him making the hug even tighter. It feels like my heart is about to burst, how can I say goodbye when I don't know when our next hello is? And as I was standing there in his arms with my face stuck in his chest, those damn tears started to fall. When we let go I took up my sunglasses and put them on. Harry looked worried ''damn, I didn't want to cry'' my voice cracked ''it's okay,baby. Everything is going to be fine, we'll see each other soon'' he said, stroking away my tears under my sunglasses. I nodded and tried for a smile ''yeah, we'll be fine'' I said only to reassure myself that it was going to be okay. ''Now go and make me proud, babe'' I said and pressed my lips against his. ''I love you, Harry Styles'' ''and I love you, Lucy Wellington''.
