*many, many weeks later*

We had finished everything, from painting the walls to even breaking some, flipping the bedrooms around; finally taking that good use to the spare one. After months, almost a year, we could actually sleep without clutter every inch you stepped. Leah was 11 months, and her birthday was in a couple days, we weren't planning on doing something special.
"So Louis, Leah's birthday is soon." I said sitting across from him at the dinner table.
"Yeah, I can't wait." These days had become much quieter, and slightly more stressful, by the hour. Louis was feeding Leah, doing the whole airplane trick.
He was doing baby faces, laughing. I was watching him, eating my dinner.

La dee freakin da.

"Hey Louis." I said breaking the ice after a while. He turned his head over to me, his hair brushing a little.
"Yeah mate?" He said using his little accent. How cute. He placed the spoon down and took a while to listen to me.
"Thanks so much for supper. It was lovely."
"No problem."
"Everything's lovely. I couldn't of done it without you."
"And I too." He finished. I placed my dishes in the dishwasher and headed upstairs. Louis stopped me half way up the stairs.
"Hey Harry."
"Yeah?"
"Who tops again?" (HA Larry joke) he asked. I was pretty shocked, co spidering we haven't had sex in a while, like a year. Terrifying.
"Does it matter?" I said, no rudeness In my voice.
"Yeah mate, maybe we could have it tonight."
"Sure I guess, and it's you that tops."
"Thank you." He ended. I walked upstairs and sat down at the top. I watched him place leah down into bed for a little while and headed to our light filled room. I quickly opened the droor where I kept Genevieve's note she gave me, telling me to open it at a special time. I never showed Louis — nor did I tell him— but I had to keep it from him. He was getting over it. He wanted to have sex with me.

He came back for me.
