Chapter 5
Louis POV
I started to text Lauren back when my phone started ringing, it was Vanessa. Vanessa is my ex girlfriend back in England but she just wont take the hint that I don’t like her anymore. We broke up but every now and then she calls me to talk or whatever. Honestly I didn’t care at first but now it’s starting to really piss me off.
“What do you want?” I say harshly into the phone.
“Wow you finally picked up. I’ve been trying to call you all day. How come you didn’t answer? I miss you baby.” Her whiny voice said into my ear and I couldn’t help but cringe at the sound.
“I have a life that doesn’t involve you anymore and don’t call me that. Have a nice day bye.” I was about to hang up the phone when she yelled in my ear.
“WAIT! I have something to tell you. I’m going to be visiting soon, isn’t that exciting?” I started to get sweaty and heat was rising up my neck. I wanted to throw my phone against the wall and watch it break into a million pieces. “Why the hell are coming here? What part of I don’t fucking like you anymore don’t you understand?” I was yelling at this point because I couldn’t contain my anger any longer.
“Louis, don’t be so mad. When you see me, you’ll feel much better. See you soon.” And she just hung up. My hands were trembling and right as I was about to grab something to throw Liam came in.

Lauren’s POV
“So he never texted you?” Kristabel asked, we were all sitting on the couch just talking and Louis came up of course. I really didn’t want to talk about it because I feel like I’ve been obsessing ever since I met him. I barely know the guy, I don’t need to be worried so much. “Yeah he didn’t. But it’s okay, we’re just friends anyway. I doubt anything will happen. He probably flirts with all the girls he meets.” I sighed quite loudly, it became somewhat awkward. “Hey don’t think like that. I saw you guys today and he definitely likes you. Plus you were the only girl he was looking at.” Monique reached over and gave me a hug, which made me feel better. I am so lucky to have these girls in my life. They are literally the sisters I never had.

After more talking and some cheesy 80’s movie we all went to bed. Ariel and I went to our room and Monique and Kristabel went to their room. Ariel and I said goodnight to each other and I checked my phone one last time hoping to see that he texted back. I clicked my phone on and I see a text from him! “Sorry I didn’t text you back babe. I would like to see you again(: When are you free?” My face lit up like a kid in a candy store. I started typing back, “I’m free tomorrow, whatever you want to do. I’ve never been to cali so you should show me around(;” I was trying to be flirty and I hope he got that, I really hope he doesn’t have a girlfriend or anything. I waited for him to text back and it felt like hours. I checked the time on my phone, it was about to 2 in the morning. I decided that he must have fallen asleep and that I should do the same. I turned around in my bed and drifted off to sleep.

Louis POV
After about an hour of Liam trying to calm me down, I finally texted Lauren back. Liam was being so ridiculous though, telling me I had no right to get mad at Vanessa like that. For a moment I was debating on punching him in the face or not. But thanks to him I calmed myself and finally got him out of the room. “Sorry I didn’t text you back babe. I would like to see you again(: When are you free?” I typed and sent it to Lauren. I waited for a while but nothing, I was burnt out from today and all that commotion that took place just a while ago. I put my phone to charge and just went to bed.
