Past The Ending

Still DJ's P.O.V.

Victoria Rosalind Payne, I just can't believe it. First, I found out that she isn't my real sister, second, I find Winona in a store and her brother is dead and now, I find out her real name! I just come out of nowhere and say 'Violet, Winona, I think your brother is Liam, oh and Vee, your real name is Victoria Rosalind Payne, yeah, ok bye.' I don't even remember if I know their last name's!

I refold the birth certificate and put it in my back pocket and leave the room to see One Direction looking at me. "What are your last name's, I don't think I got them", I say, they gave me a suspicious look before Zayn replied, "Harry's is Styles, I'm Malik, Louis' is Tomlinson, Niall's is Horan, Liam's is Payne, and why do you ask?

Fuck, is what was replaying in my mind over and over again while I paced up and down between the couches. "Wow, slow down, mate, what's going on", Liam asked becoming very worried, but when I began to speak, Winona, Lisa, Violet, and Karla, came out of the other room with worried look's on their face's. "Uh... I need a break, I'm gonna go lie down, can someone get a head start on the road", I asked then rushed, pushing past them to get to my room, then lock it. I really need to process this.

Violet or if you prefer, Victoria's P.O.V.

DJ just pushed passed me to get to his room, "does anyone know what is going on" I asked, "No, but he just asked what our, last name's were", Harry chimed into the conversation. I suddenly became very curious as to why he would ask that, then remembered that I actually never knew their last name's.

(The next day..)

I knocked on DJ's door, he opened it to let me in and closed it, "Vic- uh, I mean, Violet, I need to tell you something", he said very nervous. Wait ,was he going to call me a different name? I shrugged it off and replied, "okay, what is it?" He handed me a piece of paper, I unfolded it and read it, I looked back up at him confused, "so, what is this?" I again scanned the birth certificate, still confused as to why he gave it to me. "It's your birth certificate, your real name is Victoria", he said, I laughed at him, I'm pretty sure he was joking. He looked at me seriously and handed me some other paper's from under the bed.

I flipped through some page's that said my name was changed to Violet Rose Riggs, that I was adopted, I was forced out of my mother's hands, and that I had other sibling's living London. I gasped knowing that I wasn't who I really was. The thought of DJ asking the guy's what their last name's were and I walked out of the room paper's in hand. I looked around to see who had the most similar feature's with Winona and I, Liam seemed to have the most in common, so I demanded, "Liam last name", he looked up and replied confused, "Payne, why?" I stood there like an idiot with a shocked face, when Donnie took the paper's out of my hand's and practically ripped me off the floor to drag me back into the room.

I could hear whispering in the main room, but wasn't able to hear what they were saying over DJ, who was whisper-screaming at me. I tuned out everything and was deep in thought, Victoria Rosalind Payne, is what kept ringing in my head, until a star threw me back down to earth when DJ said, "Hello? Earth to Victoria or whatever your name is..." I turned to face him, then faced the window, the RV was moving, I hadn't even noticed. "Victoria Rosalind Payne", I whispered for only me to hear, stood up and mumbled, "Liam Payne? What? Winona Payne?" Now, I think I looked like I just inhaled laughing gas and was acting like an idiot. I walked out and up to the front, not even looking who was driving.

I sat on the passenger seat, looked at the road and laughed like I was a little kid at a candy shop, because we were driving on the wrong side of the road. "Vee, are you ok? And yes, I know I'm driving on the wrong side of the road, I'm not used to driving on the right side", Louis said and my head snapped in his direction completely emotionless, mumbling, "Victoria, m-my name is V-Victoria." He looked at me confused, then back at the road, "What? I thought your name was Violet." I shook my head no, Wait. Why am I talking to him, I thought before I said quietly pulling my leg's to my chest and placing my chin on my knee's, "I found out my real name is Victoria Rosalind P-Riggs, Priggs, I mean Priggs." I am not telling him I'm related to his band mate! I quickly stood up and walked into the main room before he could've asked another question.

I sat next to Liam and looked at my feet, not wanting to see their face's. "Vee? What happened?" Winona asked in a voice that made my heart break. I just stared at her worried face, I'm going to keep it a secret, I can't tell anyone, why can't I? Oh, god I'm making this situation even more complicated. Winona, I wish I could tell you, but I can't, it's just so fucking complicated. Well, maybe not, I could explain it and all, oh wait, I'm talking to myself.... I probably look like an idiot, I thought. "No, it's okay, I understand", she said. Did she just fucking read my mind?!? I gave her a confused and surprised look and said, "did you just read my mind?!?!" We all looked at her like we had seen a ghost, she shook her head laughing, "no, it's just written all over you face!" I cracked a smile, then it got wiped of my face, when.........
