Welcomed Into The Darkness

Rose's POV
My sister, Lilac, and I have been walking around town, getting familiar with our surroundings since we are still new around here. We were just sitting around our apartment, not wanting to unpack, when we decided to take a look around, which was partly because we are procrastinating.
"You hungry?" Lilac asks me as she points to a diner, and I nod before we walk inside and sit down in a booth.
I look around and see two guys with many tattoos and peircings and one has white hair with a streak down the middle, sitting by themselves and nobody would sit near them. Lilac follows my gaze and she has that look in her eyes that I have grown to know. She feels bad for them and she wants to talk to them.
"I'll be right back" she says before getting up.
"Are you crazy? Doesn't it occur to you that there is a reason that nobody wants to be near them?" I ask. I was never the one who was outgoing, and even though we are both very shy, Lilac never let that control her life.
"Yes, it has, but we don't have any friends here so far and I think it's time to make some." She says before making her way over to the two guys and is now trying to make conversation.
They seem confused as to why someone is approaching them but I guess they figured that she is new to town. I don't know what they are talking about but then they get up and Lilac is leading them to our booth.
"Rose, we have other's joining us" Lilac says as she sits down next to me and the two guys sit across from us.
"Hi, I'm Rose" I say politely, waving my hand nervously
"I'm Michael, and my friend is Calum" the guy with colorful hair introduced himself and his friend
"I'm Lilac by the way. We are new here and we thought we could talk to you guys and make friends" my sister says, and while she is talking to them, I look around and all eyes are on us like we are crazy.
"I don't think being friends with us is such a good idea" the guy who I now know is named Calum says
"Why not? It's not like you guys are-" Lilac starts but then two other guys bust into the diner and they look very dangerous by the looks of it.
They look around angrily and once they looked at where we were seated, they stomp to our booth, and my heart rate is getting faster as they get closer and closer to us
"What the fuck do you guys think you're doing?" the one with slightly curly hair growls to Calum and Michael
"We were getting something to eat" Michael says nonchalantly, which only made him even more angry
"Get up now! I don't have time for you guys running around like you have nothing better to do." the tall blonde one exclaims, making both Lilac and me jump. When the two guys notice us, they widen their eyes, and I get slightly scared when they begin eyeing me like I'm some slice of meat.
"Can we help you?" Lilac asks
"I'm Ashton" the curly haired guy says to my sister
"And I'm Luke" the tall blonde one says to me
"Hi, I'm Lilac and she's my sister Rose" Lilac introduces us and I glare at her, but she just rolls her eyes and turns her attention back to the two boys standing
"You guys are new here aren't you, 'cause I think I would remember you two?" the curly haired guy says, eyeing Lilac up and down.
"Let's go, Ashton" Calum snarls, knowing that i am getting uncomfortable
"Not until I know for sure that I will get with-" the guy who i now know name is Ashton says until Michael speaks up
"I thought we had to do something important" Michael says and Ashton sighs
"Fine" he says and the blonde one who's name I now know as Luke comes closer to me.
"I'm free by the way" Luke says against my neck, sending chills down my spine. He chuckles before he leaves out the diner.
Luke's POV
"So first you guys leave to hang out with some girls an then you don't tell us how hot they are" Ashton says
"Don't treat them any other girl you've hooked up with Ash. They seem really nice" Calum says
"I don't take orders from you! I will get her one way or another" Ashton says, making Calum roll his eyes
"Luke, don't act like you don't have an eye on the girl's sister" he tells me and I roll my eyes
"Yeah, sure. She is just some other pretty face that I will probably get tired of soon anyway" I say like she is nothing, but in reality, I want her so bad. She seems innocent but I know I can change that, and I am sure Ashton feels the same way. She will be mine once she sees how much better it is in the darkness.
