Vivian's POV:




"Lou," I whispered as I softly put my hands on his chest. "You know I only want you, right?" I pulled his hands from his face.


He kept his eyes closed for a few seconds before opening them. "I don't want you falling for him," he confessed in a whisper. The hurt in his voice crushed my heart. "Promise me you won't?" He pleaded as he took my hands in his.

That right there, was something I could promise him. I only wanted Louis. I wanted nothing and no one else, Louis was all that mattered to me.


"I promise Lou," I smiled up at him. "I'll message you when I get back, then you could come over?" I asked him as I placed my hands on his chest.


A small smile crept upon his lips as he nodded forcefully. "That sounds great," he leaned down to me as he whispered the words before pecking my lips softly. "I'm going to Zayn's for the evening," Louis told me as he pulled away from my lips. "Don't stay out too late please?" He looked at me with pleading eyes.

Seeing him that vulnerable shook me up pretty bad. "I won't, drive safe," I told him as I snaked my arms around his neck to pull him in for a tight hug.

His hands rested on my waist for a second before he pulled away to kiss my cheek, and before I had the chance to feel his lips on mine again, he left.


"Vivian?" A voice called for me.

I turned around to find Simon behind me with a small smile.


"Thank you for doing this, I know everything have been hard for you lately," Simon spoke softly as he motioned for me to step back into his office.


I gave him a small nod before walking into his office.

"Liam will be here in a few minutes," Simon smiled at me as he took his seat once again.

"Vivian?" A voice spoke from behind me. I turned around to be met with Liam's confused face. Well not a few minutes then...


"Hi," I looked down at the floor. For a few seconds, I traced the dots on the tiles.

"Vivian, would you give us a few minutes?" Simon spoke, making me nod my head eagerly. I did not want to sit in on that conversation once again.

"I'll go to the bathroom," I told them as I stepped around Liam, careful not to touch him in any way.

"Great! I'll give the paps a call," I heard Simon's voice as I stepped into his office once again. "Good, you're back," Simon smiled once he saw me.


Liam turned around in his chair with a smile before standing up. "Are you reading to go?" He asked me.

I gave him a small nod as I slid my hands into my pockets awkwardly.


"Oh, and Liam," Simon called for him before Liam walked out of his office. "Louis said not to kiss her," he winked at Liam, leaving me with redden cheeks.

"Sure thing," Liam rolled his eyes before walking out of the office.

I walked behind Liam till we reached the doors of the building before Liam turned around to face me.


"We have to act normal, do everything we normally did," he told me.

How could he have acted like nothing had happened a few nights before? Like we were best friends for years? It sickened me, but I couldn't risk a fight.

"Okay," I softly said as Liam opened the doors.


He walked out first and I followed him to his car. Once we reached it, Liam opened the passenger door for me with a smile. I thanked him and jumped into the seat before putting my seatbelt on.

"So I'm guessing you know where we're going?" Liam asked as soon as he joined me in his car. "And I should take you home afterwards?"


"Yeah," I breathed.

The rest of the car ride was silent, only the sound of the speeding car occupying us in the background.


"We're here," Liam spoke as we pulled up in front of a big field. Fairly lights, fun rides and games could be seen. I could see myself wanting to be in a place like that, it was just such a pity that I shared such moments with Liam and not Louis.

Louis... Oh how I missed him...

"The paps are here," Liam informed me as he pointed to a bunch of people with camera's standing outside of the entrance gates; waiting for us I guessed.


Liam got out of the car and walked to my side before opening the door for me. I got out and waited for him as he locked the door. Before he walked, he held his hand out for me to take. I hesitated, but once I remembered the paps, I placed my hand in his with a sigh. Liam smiled in relief before walking to the gates. I stood next to him as he payed the tickets whilst flashes was going off in our direction. I tried to cover my face from the bright lights and Liam noticed as he pulled me into his side and cover my face with his jacket. I found it uncomfortable, but relaxed once I realized that it was better than letting the lights blind me. We walked to a few rides in silence, but we didn't go on any of them. We stopped in front of a big turning wheel with seats.

"Want to go on it? It used to be your favorite?" Liam smiled at me.


I turned around and was yet again met with flashing lights. I closed my eyes and turned back to Liam, pulling him into the line of two people with my hand in his. He chuckled as we stood in the line. The line moved fast and soon enough it was our turn on the wheel. Liam helped me into my seat before getting on himself. The wheel started moving slowly, and in a matter of minutes we were at the top, staring down at the lights of the city.


"It's beautiful," I gasped as I looked down at the lights. That surely was a view I wanted to enjoy with Louis.

"That's always your reaction," Liam chuckled. He rested his hand behind my back, he didn't touch me, so why would I mind?


I started thinking about how well Liam might have known me before my accident. Probably just as well as Louis, but I didn't give Liam the chance to get close to me after my accident. And the one time actually I wanted to allow him in my life, I found out that he actually hurt me. The thoughts of that night came to mind and I started feeling uncomfortable. I couldn't see Liam like that kind of guy, not after he treated me so well that night. He seemed like a nice and sweet guy, after the few hours I spent with him I had a better idea of who he was. He didn't say much, but I liked it. It was a comfortable silence, and in fact, I loved it.

"About that night that I, well, you know," Liam's voice spoke, breaking me from my thoughts.

"It's alright Liam," I looked at him with a smile.

"It's nice to spend time with you again Vivian," Liam told me in a small voice, making a smile creep onto my face.


Just as I smiled, his lips touched my cheek, and at the same time, flashes went off in our direction. I frowned as I looked at the direction of the flashes; I noticed that we were back on the ground and that the paps was taking photos again. Was it always like that when I went out with Liam? Because I knew for a fact it would have annoyed me every time.

"I had fun tonight," Liam smiled at me as he locked his hands with mine as we walked back to his car.

"I did too," I told him with a smile. And it was true, I did.


We reached his car and he opened my door for me again. I slid into my seat as I waited for him to join me in the car. Once he did, he turned the radio on and started the ignition. As the car started moving, a song came on. And just like before with Louis, I knew the words to the song. I sang along to the lyrics before Liam broke my intimate moment with the song.

"I won't let these little things slip out of my mouth
But if I do

Oh it's you they add up to
I'm in love with you
And all these little things."

"You know the song?" Liam asked me with a confused expression.

I frowned at his words before I noticed that I didn't, but I knew the words.


"Honestly," I laughed as I took my phone from my pocket to text Louis. "No, but this happened once before. I know the words and that's it," I told Liam as I searched Louis' number.

"Do you know who sings the song?" Liam questioned.

"No," I shrugged as I messaged Louis.

To: Louis <3 I'm on my way home. Meet me there x



I put my phone into my pocket again before looking at Liam. He sat with a smile as he stared at the road. I didn't take in his appearance before then, but once I did, I saw his beauty. He was handsome, and quite a heart breaker face he had on him.

"One Direction sings it," Liam told me with a smile.


"Who?" I frowned.


Liam chuckled before answering. "The band we're all in, One Direction,"


"Oh," I looked down at my hands shyly.

"I wrote that song," he quietly told me with a sad tone. "For you," he said as we pulled up in front of my house.


I sat there for a few seconds, letting the words sink in. The front door of my house opened to reveal Louis. I smiled at him and heard a sigh from Liam.


"I have to go," I softly told Liam as I stepped out of the car. "Thanks for tonight Liam," I smiled at him.


"See you next time," he smiled as he started his car again.


"Hey," Louis voice was in my ear as arms wrapped around my waist.

I smiled and Liam pulled away from the driveway with a frown on his face. I sighed and turned to Louis.

"I missed you," I told him as I kissed his cheek.


"I missed you too beautiful," he smiled at me, doing wonders to my heart. "How was tonight?" He questioned as he led me into my house.

"Good," I smiled at the memory I made that night. It was lovely, even though I would have liked to spend it with Louis. But Liam showed me a side of him that I really liked that night.

"Well I'm tired, so I say we head to bed," Lou looked at me with a smile.


"Yeah," I yawned as we walk to my room with our fingers locked. A house to myself for a year with Louis as my company sounded perfect to me. Although, I knew I would have missed my parents a lot.
