Today was the day of our photo shoot Miranda was picking me up so we could go together. We had to be there at 8:30 AM. She pulled up the driveway ten minutes later.

Oh, I just got off the phone with Jake. He got a job as a photographer his dream job.

I’m so happy for him. I am so gonna call him later to congrats him. I said happy that one of my good friends got what he wanted. We drove to the studio and went inside.

HI. You must be Miranda and Melissa. Mrs. Canning is waiting for you. Take the elevator to the second floor the studio number is 150.
Thank you Miranda said. I smiled and we walked over to the elevator. We got on and got off. We walked to room number 150 is. We walked inside and saw three girls whispering. I heard one of them say I can’t believe Melissa Ross Is going to be working with us.
They saw me and Miranda and started to greet us. Miranda looked at me and tried not to laugh. We signed their autograph.

Hi. Do you know where Mrs. Canning is? Miranda asked.

She’s in her office Alexia said.

Thank you I said and we walked to her office door. I knocked on it and two girls came out surprised but kept walking. We went in.

Hi you must be Melissa she said shaking my head and you are Miranda she said shaking her hand. Have a seat. We sat down.

How are you guys today? She asked.

We are fine Miranda said.

Good so you know that you begin the photo shoot today right?

Ok, Melissa your dressing room number is 19, Miranda’s your is 20. You will be working with 18 other girls. Please try to get along with them. Some of them can get snobby.

Thank you and we will. I said and she smiled. Here is your key. We took it and went our to find the right door. We found ours and went in. I gasped at the beautiful dressing room. I went out to Miranda’s our was the same. This is so cool she said jumping around. I know right! I squealed.




We went out to the main room to see all the other girls there sitting down in front of the photographer.

Hi you two must be Melissa and Miranda he said and held out a hand for us to shake. Have a seat we are beginning now.

So, everyone we a re going to be doing summer themes for the whole season. Miranda, Melissa, Alexia, Carter, Jane, Mary, Katie, Kathleen, Vivian, and Vanessa you guys will be working with me in doing shoots for JC Penny. Go to your dressing room your stylists are already in there. He said. We got up and went to our rooms. I went in to see a women in her thirties on her phone.

Hi you must be Melissa have a seat. Lets get to work. She did the make-up and chose the clothes and told me to put it on I did and thought I looked pretty good. I went out and e began to doing photo shoots. We finished and Miranda and me went home. Our off days are Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday, and Saturday. We only worked on Monday and Wednesday. We make $30 per hour for seven hours in two days. Our paycheck was at the end of each month. Our time was from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. I was tired. Miranda dropped me off and went home I went to my room and laid on my bed. I texted Harry to let him know I was done. He texted me back and we had a conversation for thirty minutes.
