The Wedding Planner

Chapter Eleven

Harry’s POV
It’s been a total for four days since I’ve seen or spoken to Kennedy and I’ve been miserable. I haven’t left the flat and the boys check on me to make sure I haven’t done anything to drastic. I kept up with Kennedy’s wellbeing when Andrea or any of the girls would come over with the boys. They all knew I was miserable without Kennedy and with what they told me she was the same way. She changed her clothes the first day and she hasn’t changed out of the clothes since. I couldn’t say much because I was the same way. I was still in the same sweats and shirt when Kennedy and I fought. I just didn’t have the energy to change or clean myself up. If Kennedy wasn’t around I just didn’t care what other people thought. All I cared about was making it up to her and apologizing when she would let me. I was currently laying in my bed with Kennedy’s pillow that she used next to me. It smelt like her and it helped calm me down some. It was a vanilla scent mixed with some flowery smell that always brought me back to when we first started dating. She always smelt like that and she thought I was weird because I would always hold her closer and just take in her scent. I laughed lightly at the memory when I heard my phone ringing and I looked down at it to see a picture of Kennedy pop up. I quickly sat up and looked at the phone for a minute. Once I snapped out of my daze, I quickly answered it.

“Please tell me you’re okay,” I breathed and I heard her laugh lightly.

“I’m in one piece,” she said, “Are you okay?”

“I’ve been better,” I replied and I pictured her frowning, “I haven’t left the flat.”

“I haven’t been outside either,” she replied, “Thank you for the fruit boutique.”

“I hoped you would like it,” I said smiling a little.

“Can you meet up with me today?” she asked quietly, “I want to talk.”

“Yes,” I said not thinking about it, “When and where?”

“Can you meet me outside the London Eye in an hour?” she asked lightly.

“Of course,” I said, “Do you want me to pick you up?”

“No,” she replied, “I’ll take the tube.”

“Okay,” I said a little deflated, “Be careful.”

“I will,” she replied, “See you in a little Harry.”

“See you soon Kenni,” I said, “I love you.”

“Love you too,” she replied and hung up the phone.

I then smiled at my phone. She said she loved me, which means we were hopefully going to make up. I was going to have to do a lot of apologizing and gravelling. After a few minutes of just grinning at my phone like an idiot, I decided to actually get ready. I took a longer than normal shower since I haven’t showered in four days. Once I felt that I smelt decent and not like a bum, I changed into clothes and went to do my hair. When I was completely done, I grabbed a beanie and put it on my head. I tried to hide my curly hair as much as I could and put on my sunglasses (http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=80045770). I left a note for the guys if they came up to check on me and grabbed my car keys and headed out to the famous London Eye. On my drive there, my stomach was churning and knotting up. I had no clue what was going to happen with Kennedy and I but I didn’t want it to end badly between us. I loved her with my whole heart and I didn’t want to lose her completely. I was nervously tapping the steering wheel as I drove and before I knew it I was parking. I quickly got out of my car and kept my head down as I walked towards the London Eye. I didn’t want to be recognized. I didn’t want to ruin the talk with Kennedy because of my fame. I made it the London eye and spotted Kennedy immediately. She was leaning against the railing looking out at the water. She was wearing a bright blue jacket and had one of her many messenger bags slung across her body. I walked up to her and stood beside her.

“Lovely weather we’re having in September,” I said lightly.

“I thought you wouldn’t come,” she said quietly and looked down at her to find her staring at me.

“I would never stand you up Kenni,” I replied.

“Do you want to go on the London Eye?” she asked quietly, “Or do you want to go get coffee and talk?”

“How about we go on the eye and then if you don’t want hit me I take you out for a nice lunch,” I offered.

She thought about it for a minute before she nodded her head yes. I then stuck my hand out for her to take it but she shook her head no and started walking. I frowned a bit and followed behind her. When we got up to buy our tickets, I quickly paid for them and we went to get in a basket thing. We were lucky because we were the last ones to walk onto this one, and there weren’t a whole lot of people in the basket. There was one family and they had twins, one boy and one girl, and they were intently watching everything around them. I quietly followed Kennedy to the railing and stood next to her.

“I’m sorry I was such a jackass,” I said and she looked at me, “I know I should have never said those things to you but I was just so angry. I know you’re trying your hardest to make time for everyone and I know the way I’ve been acting lately has been awful. I also know that saying sorry doesn’t make things anything better but I truly am sorry Kenni. I don’t think anything that I said was true.”

I watched her look at me and take everything I said in. She quietly stood there and I was slowly getting nervous when she didn’t say anything. The minutes seemed to creep by before she said something.

“I know I said some things I regret too,” she replied quietly, “but what you told me really hurt me Harry. I know I wasn’t the skinniest person as a child and I have the stretch marks to remind me every day. I know you had a bad day and I had a bad day too. You and I both know how we get when we have shitty days. We get mean and we don’t think thoroughly before we speak.”

I was about to say something but she stopped me.

“Now before you say anything,” she replied, “I’m here to tell you I forgive you and I’m asking for your forgiveness as well.”

“Of course I forgive you Kenni,” I said as I wrapped her up in a hug, “I’ll always forgive you. I love you too much to not forgive you.”

“But I have something to tell you that you’re not going to like,” she said looking up at me and I looked down at her worried.

“Don’t worry Curly,” she smiled lightly, “I’m not breaking up with you, but I’m still going to stay at my parents’ flat. I think its best that we don’t live together right now.”

When she said those words my heart dropped a bit, and she noticed.

“Please don’t me mad at me,” she whispered, “I just don’t want us to blow up over something so tiny again.”

“Hey,” I said making her look at me, “I am not mad, a little disappointed yes but never mad love. I was just hoping that I would get to see you every day in your pajamas.”

I saw her blush slightly and she hid her face in my chest which made me laugh and grin.

“You’re horrible Haz,” she said into my chest and I laughed.

Soon after our moment, I felt someone tug on my pant leg. I looked down to see one of the boys looking up at me.

“Can you lift me up mister?” he asked an American accent showing through.

“Of course lad,” I replied and I saw Kennedy smile out of the corner of my eye.

“Tommy!” we heard a woman scold.

“Oh its quiet alright ma’am,” I said smiling, “I remember not being able to see a lot of things when I was younger.”

“Are you sure?” she asked and I nodded my head.

Soon the other little girl came over and asked Kennedy the same thing. Their parents looked a bit relieved when we kindly picked up their children and kept them entertained and allowed them to have some adult time.

“So what’s your name?” Tommy asked Kennedy.

“I’m Kennedy,” she replied.

“Kennedy’s a boy’s name!” the girl exclaimed and Kennedy smiled and laughed.

“Is not!” she said, “I’m a girl and I’m named Kennedy. What’s your name?”

“Sophie!” the girl said, “And that’s my brother Tommy!”

“Well it’s nice to meet you Sophie and Tommy,” Kennedy smiled at them.

“What’s his name?” Sophie asked whispering really loud in Kennedy’s ear.

“Oh that’s my boyfriend Harry Styles,” she said and the little girl’s eyes got wide, “Do you know who he is?”

“I love One Direction!” she squealed and both Kennedy and I laughed.

“Well then I guess we’ll have to take a picture before you leave then huh,” I said smiling at her.

“Would you really do that for me!?” she asked and her eyes got really wide.

“Of course love,” I said and I swear her grin grew ten times bigger than before.

“And what’s your favorite band Tommy?” Kennedy asked.

“I like everything except girly music,” Tommy said and we both laughed.

“Harry’s the same way,” she said, “He refuses to listen to anything I like. He says they’re all girly.”

“Really?” Tommy asked his eyes getting big and looking up at me.

“Yes,” I said, “She listens to all the girly music.”

“It’s icky huh,” Tommy said and I nodded my head in agreement.

We then spent the next forty-five minutes entertaining Tommy and Sophie. Kennedy and I pointed out a lot of cool things from the top of the Eye and everything in between. We were having a blast that when our ride was over all four of us were really sad. However, we got to take a picture with both Sophie and Tommy before we got off.

“Thank you so much,” their mother said, “They don’t usually do that and I’m sorry if they bothered you at all.”

“Oh no,” I said, “They were really fun to hang out with. We didn’t mind at all.”

“Well thank you so much for the picture,” the mum said, “Sophie will talk about it for days. She’s a huge fan.”

“Oh it’s no problem at all,” I smiled, “It was my pleasure to meet a fan. Without them we wouldn’t be where we are today.”

The woman smiled and then hugged both me and Kennedy.

“Keep this girl on your arm Mr. Styles,” she said, “She seems like she’s a keeper.”

Kennedy blushed and I pulled her closer to me and kissed the top of her head.

“I’m definitely not letting her go,” I said and smiled at both the woman and Kennedy.
