Until Next Time (Liam Payne)

Crazy how your life can change. How you can be so used to it being a certain way. How once it was not the norm, now it is the norm and then something comes along and totally knocks you out of your comfort zone. Well, that's what my weekend did.
I've always been level headed and tried not to let anything really get to me, compartmentalize things. So . . . where do I put this past weekend.
For starters I need to get up to date on the pop music genre, One Direction to be exact. Then find the basics of this Liam Payne. I don't want to know too much, because just how much of it is media perspective? And I want to get to know him , his version.
X Factor, hometown, birth date, etc etc. OK just enough. I guess I need to get social media savvy while I'm at it. Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, all with the help from my nieces of course. I've never needed these things. Texting, email and a quick call have always worked well for me in the cooperate world. Social media overload right now, will have to come back to this later.
Band on world tour right now. Good looking group of guys. Liam definitely the better looking of the group. More of a manly appearance. Not that the others are boyish, just he has a more mature look to him. You tube, maybe tomorrow.
Google . . . ummm WOW. Everything on him and the other members, down to the tattoos they all have and what they represent. I'm starting to wonder if I missed out on something by keeping my nose in the books and living in the library in college. I had no time, or made no time, for extra curricular activities. Graduated top of my class and landed an awesome job for a worldwide advertising company.
I need to get off the computer and get my things situated for the morning. Monday morning, back to work, and after the weekend I had. I still have to unpack and tidy up.
I unzipped my suitcase and on top was the pink short nightie set he took off of me. Button by button. The pink bra and pantie set that was removed in record time. Under that the baby blue set he sent me that I wore under the black dress, that he never got to see. I wake myself from the fog of remembering. It all sounds well and good but back to my level headedness . . .will I ever see him again? Besides standing in a crowd of adoring teen-aged fans.
I arrived at worked 15 minutes early as always, retrieve my coffee and make my way to my desk. Thankfully no one here mentions the photo I was captured in because no one here cares, plus it was in a different town, different state. This is cooperate world. Meeting at 10 so I get my things together and head to the board room. A round of applause is raised on my behalf for the account we acquired due to my presentation. But, that's not all - I will now be going to that companys different offices world wide to present the advertising campaign and adjust it to fit the criteria for that locality.
I am given an itinerary for the next 6 months. Six months. My head is spinning. First on the list - Las Vegas. Never been, always wanted to go. Wow. I cant believe this happening to me. Little country bumpkin traveling to Vegas on business.
By the time I arrive home I am giddy with excitement. I call all of my family back home and tell them of my future traveling plans, what days I will be local and what holidays to expect me. After eating Chinese take out I decide I need to slow down so I draw myself a bath and pour some wine. While sitting in the tub I decide I'll check out I tunes for some One Direction. I buy it all, cant help it. Make sure I'm synced in with my Bose system and lay back and relax.
Well, now I'm going to have to watch You tube because I don't know which one is singing what, but I enjoy it anyway. The music fades letting me know I've received a text.
