Love? Or Hate?

Harry's POV

As I got closer, she put her head down.

"Hey Nicole." I said
"What now?" she spat at me. I never remember her being this way.
I grab ahold of her wrist and tilt her chin up.
"Don't. Talk. To. Me. Like. That." I said through clenched teeth.
"Don't touch her." Perrie yelled at me. I dropped Nicole's hand and walked away as I sent them both a glare.

I never remember her being this way, she was so quiet and never said a word to me, now she's changed. But wow, she's hot.

I walked away and sat in the back of the class, two seats away from Nicole.
"Goodmorning Class." the teacher announced as he walked in. I completely ignored him and just sat their staring at Nicole as she took notes. I couldn't take my eyes off of her. She looked so innocent, so beautiful

'No Harry' I thought
'You can't like her, she's your target.'

I tried to take my eyes off of her but I just couldn't .
She looks so perfect.

'Stop Harry'I thought again
After class ended I was first to leave. All day I tried to not think of her, but she's always in my head... what's this one girl doing to me?

Nicole's POV

First day of school... over! Finally.
I didn't see Harry much but he seemed to be acting strange.

"El?"
"Yeah Nicole." she said
"Can you drive me to Starbucks? The one in the mall, I got a job their, today's my first day." I begged. "Pleaseeeee?"
"Oh, fine but your buying me a latte. K?" She asked.
I nodded my head, "Sure" I gave in.

On the way there, we catched up on everything over the summer. When I got there I went to the back and put on my starbucks uniform and name tag.

" I want a-" I cut El off
"vanilla bean latte with extra whip cream and a chocolate drizzle. I know." I laughed.
"See that's why were best friends, you give me free food. " I let out a giggle.
I gave her drink and she left.

I sat their and played on my phone for the first hour, It was a really slow day.
"Ahem" A man cleared his throat. I didn't bother to look up.
"Hi, may I take your order." I asked.
"Nicole?" he said
I looked up, my eyes widened with fear..



It was Harry.
"Y-yeah." I stuttered.
He smirked. "Give me a chocolate mocha, extra coffee."
"That'll be $4.25"
He smiled and gave me $5. Oh my god, that perfect smile, it's-
He snapped me out of my thoughts. "Keep the change."

I went to the back and made his order. I handed it to him as his hand touched mine.
"Have a nice day." I smiled as he left winking at me.

I blushed before looking down at the counter.
There was a note.

It was nice seeing you. Text me, 700-654-3271- H x

I felt myself blush even brighter.
After my shift finished, El and Per were busy so I had to walk home. I was exhausted.

Once I got home I ran upstairs and showered quickly. I changed into my comfy panda Pj's. I tied my hair up into a messy bun and layed in bed.

I decided to text Harry, to see what he wanted. Maybe it was the start of a friendship.

What am I thinking? Friendship? He hates me.

Me: Hey It's me Nicole.
Send.

I impatiently waited for him to text back
Beep Beep
I looked at my phone to see a text.

Harry ;): Hey. What are you doing?
Me: Nothing, just watching TV. How about you?
Harry ;): Talking to the most beautiful girl.
I blushed.
Harry ;): So do you have any plans for tomorrow night.
Me: Yea why?
Harry ;): I was hoping if you want to go out on a date with me. Pleaseee?
Me: Sorry but I can't , my sister and I are spending the day tomorrow after school.
Harry ;): Oh it's fine. Umm I'm sorry.
Me: Huh?
Harry ;): For what I did to you before. I should have never treated you that way.
Me: It's fine. But can you do me a favor?
Harry ;): Sure
Me: Prove your sorry. For me?
Harry;): Anything for you gorgeous.
Me: How?
Harry ;): You'll see tomorrow @school.
Me: Okay :) I have to go to sleep, it's getting late.
Harry ;): Okay, sweet dreams beautiful. Goodnight <3
I blushed
Me: Goodnight. <3

I blushed brightly before turning my phone off.

My crush likes me, everything feels so right.
I smiled before drifting off to sleep.

The next day I woke up extremely happy. I opened my phone to see a message from Harry.

Harry ;): Goodmorning Beautiful.
Me: Goodmorning.

I quickly changed into a short lace cream dress and curled my hair loosely, I slipped on my flats and grabbed my bag.

Per and El couldn't take me to school today so I just had to walk.
When I got to school, I told Per and El about what happened yesterday after school.

"Careful Nicole, We love you we don't want you to get hurt." El said, Perrie nodded her head.

"I promise, I'll be careful." I reassured them

After 3rd period I had lunch next, I haven't seen Harry all day, but as soon as I saw him at lunch my heart broke into a million pieces. He was kissing another girl as she sat on his lap. Tears quickly began to pour and stain my cheeks.
I quickly ran to the bathroom and locked it. I heard a knock at the door. I opened it to see Harry. He didn't say anything.
He pinned me against the door as he locked it.
