Fear And Loathing
The lecturer finally arrived and set her books down on the table in the corner before making her way to the centre. There was an eerie silence, no one knew what to make of this woman yet, but Miss Channing knew her game, she had met too many people like her in the past. She had the tinniest bit of power handed to her, and it went to one place and one place only. Her head. She began talking about body language with a horrid smirk on her face knowing she was above all of them. Little did she know the boy sitting next to Sophie-Mae had at least 30 times more money in the bank than she'll ever have.
She rolled her eyes as she bit down on the end of her now removed glasses and just decided to stop talking for a bit. That's okay we have all day. Sophie-Mae rolled her eyes at the sight. Harry smirked and lent in so he was whispering right into my ear. ''Not a fan huh?''
''How did you know?'' she whispered back sarcastically.
His smirk grew even wider before he whispered again with his hand landing on her knee. ''How about you and me get outta here and go somewhere more...fun.''
Just as she was feeling sorry for this guy for not having anyone to help him he had to go ruin it. ''Sorry babe, I'm not that type of girl.'' She grabbed his hand and placed it back in his lap.
They were silent for a few minutes until Harry broke it again. ''I don't get it, what is she going on about.''
Sophie-Mae thought about just ignoring him until that pity side of her showed it's face again. She turned her body so she was now facing him and crossed her legs. She spent the rest of the lecture, which was another 55 minutes long, whispering into his ear the translations of the lecture into simple english. They laugh and joked about how big headed the professor was and for those 55 minutes she forgot he was a gone-off-the-rail pop star, he was cute, funny and charming, a world away from the sleazy celebrity pictured at those clubs.
This girl that had caught his eye with her fiery personality just over a little an hour ago, had made him forget about his troubles forget that he would have to go out tonight and get drunk and most likely sleep with a total stranger. Yeah that's right, I said have to. You see Harry Styles, doesn't want to be like this, but when he's sitting at home alone, watching some ridiculous reality tv show, the door would just be calling him, he would regret it the next morning, or the next afternoon should I say by the time he woke up, but he was being pulled to those clubs and to those women by an unknown force. Well. an unknown force until now, but after meeting Sophie-Mae in that dark lecture room, he had found the source of his problems.
