Little Things. (36th Chapter)
Harmony's POV:

"(I whisper, since my voice is lost from the overwhelming moment) I love you, Harry." His head tilts up, popping his eyes into mine again. "(He asks in a complete stun) What?" I nod, climbing slowly on top of his thighs. I lean my head over his left ear: "I love you." His arms begin to slide over my tiny waist. Pushing me backwards so that he could watch my eyes.
"(He requests huskily) Say it again, baby..." I answer with a smile: " I love you, with all your flaws, with all of your anger, with all of your care, and with all of your devotion towards me..." His thumb brushes my teardrop off of my cheek, while he leans to dip his lips on mine. We kiss like there is no tomorrow, celebrating our moment with complete hunger.
I break the kiss after a long while, to catch my breath. His eyes are lighter than a neon bulb, shining my face with there emerald strike. "Harry?" He hums back: "Hmm?" I rest my head over his chest, as he wraps my body closer to his. "Tell me what happened yesterday please?" I feel his hands tighten a little around me, but then he lifts one hand to begin twirling my hair.
"I went to meet Jack, remember? (I nod, while he proceeds) Well, he was furious about you showing up. The lads and I tried to persuade him that you were lost; but then Luke spoke. He told Jack that we know you, but I yelled at him claiming that you belong to me. ( I smile widely, nuzzling my head on his chest) Jack didn't like that, so he warned me if you said anything; He'll take upon his measures. I lost control of my actions when he threatened, and well... This was the result of me trying to attack his giant figure. He is capable of murdering people, if they trespass his trust or interfere in his business; but you won't witness any of those."
I move my head away from his chest, feeling guilty for being the reason behind bashing his body. "I don't think this is right. (I wave my hand between our chest's distances) This isn't right. I can't be the one responsible for your hurt. (I begin to free my waist from his hands, moving away to walk out) You deserve better than to be beaten up for me..." Harry's eyes haunt me, while I begin to walk to the door.
"Where are you going?" His sad tone slashes me deep down, but somehow I feel that I deserve this. I don't answer him, all I do is twist the doorknob; but I never got the chance to move outside. His arms grabbed me, almost like he was grasping for his own life (http://www.polyvore.com/pure_flora/set?id=125062844&lid=3647815). “Turn around." I slowly twirl to face him, keeping my head low. His graceful fingertips lift my head up, showing me a shocking smile.
"Look at me. See? I'm fine, babe. Don't blame yourself, blame that bastard Luke for snitching. (He asks for reassurance) Harmie, do you really love me and care about me? (I nod, and for that he places his forehead against mine) That should be your only reason to stick with me. I promised you before and I'll promise you again. I will keep you safe; don't you trust me? (I nod again, feeling better by the second) Then don't let me go... I need you with me."
I begin to dwell my tears, producing childish whimpers while I hug Harry tightly. "(He coos) Shhh baby, I'm not going to leave you. I'm here, come on calm down. You know how much I hate it when you cry." I feel one of his hands lift up to brush my hair.
These are the little things that make it hard for me to quit on us. I was silly to even consider leaving him, I mean we just cleared our feelings for each other. With our love, there must be obstacles. These situations could be eliminated, if we stick with each other; nothing else could clear our path other than our combined affection for one another.
Notes
i hope you all have a bigger vision now, on why Harry is protecting Harmony. Let me refresh your memory a little to the previous events: Harmony snuck in and found out about the money laundering corporation. Now, As Harry mentioned, Jack (the boss) Interrogated him and the others about this situation. The boys denied, but Luke (not a positive character) blurted out that he has seen her at their house before. Harry defended her and told his boss that she is his (as in girlfriend), but Jack wasn't feeling relieved. So, Harry was beaten up as a warning to maintain harmony's mouth shut. Obviously Harmony won't risk her life or Harry's in tattling, but remember what Harry mentioned before about his boss? He said that he isn't that 'pleasant' when it comes to his business (Y) Now, I hope you all are understanding the risks that will evolve later on, with our newly lovebirds <3 :/
Questions for tomorrow: Celebration? An unwanted phone call? Why is Harmony nervous? Harry and Harmony walk hand in hand, with fear? :O
