Dystopia. A place somewhere in the middle of what used to be America. Before the transformation took place, before when life was so much simpler. Years ago, 8 people were chosen, 4 fandoms were created and millions of lives were ruined. Each fandom has a Rector. Someone who takes care of the fans when they lose control, they were called Rectors.

At the age of 13, you are at legal age of choosing your fandom and with whom you choose to put your life in the hands of. The sweet and generous people tend to choose lovatics, the sassy and flirty people tend to choose swifties, and the crazy, care-free people go for smilers. But directioners was different, with there being 5 different people all with different personalities it was mainly frowned upon. This is where all the waste and un-important people go. With low self-esteem and cutting addictions, it was up to the Rectors to take charge and help the people in need.

Fandoms are tested every 4 years with the Aptitude awards where the best and most dedicated fandom is awarded with money to help support them. This time it’s different, this time instead of working together fandoms are at war, secrets are unveiled and betrayal is at stake. This time it’s more than just for the money this time it’s for love.
