Delia’s POV

I had a rough year, one of the hardest year in my life but I'm finally getting better, I just need to move on.
Living with Adele has its perks, I can lay in bed all day, be lazy...

I used to live with my brother Nathan when my parents died 3 years ago and I got really depressed, Nathan took care of me but I felt like it was too much for him, too much responsabilities for a 21 year old so I decided to move with Adele my bestfriend, she’s really protective and annoying but in the good kind of way, she’s like a sister to me and I love her so much but I feel like I’m always like a weight on her shoulders and I’m actually researching for an apartment and don’t get me wrong I love her but I have money and I can take care of myself.

I was laying in my bed scrolling through tumblr when my phone rang, Liam’s name was on the screen. I happily answered at the familiar voice, Liam is my childhood friend we used to live in the same neighborhood but we kind of lost contact after X-Factor, we still Skype and talk over the phone though but it's not the same.

"Delia!” Liam beamed.

"Hi Liam” I said giggling. "What's up?" seemed happy, like really happy.

“Guess what! You are coming to see us in LA! " He happily said.

"Wait, what? Los Angeles?" I asked confused.

"Yeah you know we wanted to do something together for a long time and it's a good occasion to meet the lads"

"I don't really know, I have Adele and Nathan...."

"Bring them with you!" He cut me mid-sentence.

"Liam..."

"Please! He cut me again, I really want to see you it has been so long and the boys wants to meet you too" he almost whined. How could I say no?

"Okay, okay I'll come" I sighed I miss Liam, I really do but I haven't seen him in more than 5 years, I mean I changed and I'm sure he did too.

"I can't wait to see you, oh and by the way we'll stay there 6 months" his voice cowered at the end.
"6 months ?!"

"But before you change your mind may I remind you that you said yes first"

"I might not be able to stay there 6 months"

"Why? You don't work and don't go to school either" he's right, I have nothing to do.

"Okay I'll talk to you later bye" I ended the call.

"Bye" he sighed.

How am I supposed to convince Adele that we are going on a 6 months vacation with the world's most famous boy band. Shit. She so protective over me.

I quickly got up from my bed and took shower. Letting the hot water flow all over my cool skin and I took all my time knowing that after I'll have to tell her. I washed my hair and body and stepped out of the shower, wrapping myself in a huge towel.

I put on a pair of black leggings and a large t-shirt, I do quickly my hair in a bun and apply a bit of mascara. I take a last glance in the mirror, some strands of my brown hair are falling gently on my shoulder.

I take a deep breath and go inside Adele's room which is just next to mine. I open the door without knocking because that's what best friends do and see that she's on her laptop.

"Hey" I sat on her bed.

"Hi, what's up?" She looked up at me.

"So you remember Liam right?" I nervously asked.

"The guy in the boy band?" She furrowed her brows.

"Yeah"

"What about him?" She asked.

"Well he invited us in LA with his mates" I quickly said.

"That sounds good" she smiled.

"for 6 months"

"What?! 6 months?! Are you crazy? Delia I've got things to do we won't be able to stay 6 months, 2 weeks maybe but not 6 months" I really wanted to see Liam and I now realize that I've got nothing to do here.

"Maybe I could stay with them" I softly said.

"No fucking way, you don't know these guys and you're fragile. What if something happens to you?"

"Please, I know how to take care of myself, stop acting like my mom, I'm nineteen!" I loudly sighed.

"Sorry for being worried! She threw her hands angrily in the air, may I remind you what happened a year ago?" She yelled.

"It was a year ago! Fucking stop being mad at me for that!" I snapped.

"You know what? Go ahead have fun with people that you don't even know! I don't care"

Wow, and with that I got up and exited her room. Well that went quite well.

Hi, so this is the first chapter of my new story. I'm sorry I let the others down because I didn't have any ideas for the rest and I kinda got lost.
